Scarlet's Point of View:
"Guys! Party at my house tonight! Scarlet you have to come!" Cristiano yelled across the locker room, and everyone cheered.
The team went back to what they were doing before, and I walked up to Cristiano, "Cris I'll pay you if you let me not go."
"Scarlet you have to. I'm celebrating our win!"
"Can I wear sweatpants?" I asked with a hopeful smile on my face.
"If you come yes."
"I'll see you at the party!" I high fived Cristiano, "Make sure everyone brings their kids, please. I will need the company." I pleaded.
"Everyone! Bring your kids too!" Cris yelled.
While we were eating a team dinner at Cristiano's house I felt a tug on my arm. I looked down, and saw Marcelo's kid, Enzo. "Come play." He pouted.
"Of course." I picked him up, and left the table to the room the kids were in.
All the kids were running, or crawling, around, the babies were crying, and I knew I had to do something about it. "Enzo, I need you to do me a huge favor." He nodded, "Can you go ask Cristiano to get all the blankets he owns, and bring them in here?" Enzo smiled and left the room running.
I started by trying to calm down the babies that were crying down. After trying rock them to sleep I decided I'd try and sing. I thought of The Lucky One, and sang. The kids stopped crying and crawling, and crowded around me. Enzo came into the room with his arms full of blankets. I smiled, and got up to help him set up the flirt into a make shift bed for all of the Real Madrid babies.
For the next couple of hours I was singing to the kids, until there was a knock at the door. "Come in."
"Um, hey. I'm here for Martin." Iker slipped through the door.
"Oh hey Iker." I smiled.
"You have a nice voice." He said as he picked his child up.
"Thanks." I hated when people complement me, it makes me either feel cocky or unappreciative.
"By the way, the team has been standing out the door for the past half hour listening to you sing." Casillas left the room.
I opened the door, and like Iker said, there the team was ears pressed to the door. "Hey guys. I hope your ears didn't get any splinters."
"You think you can be sassy with me? Uh-huh no way girl, no way." Lucas Silva slurred, obviously drunk.
"Cris did you really let the team drink! Go and drive them home, actually don't, their wives and girlfriends would be disappointed with them. What about their kids? We really screwed up this time." I paced around the hall.
"Hey hey hey calm down, I got this all figured out. I'll let the boys sleep here, and you and James can watch the kids at his house." Cristiano made a deal.
"James? I swear if he's drunk and you're leaving me with the kids I will haunt you when I die Cris." I narrowed my eyes.
"No James doesn't drink that often." Cris smiled at me as if he was hinting at something, "Wouldn't he make such a great boyfriend?"
"Cris, are you trying to tell me something?" I asked slowly.
"Yes." He nodded eagerly.
"Cristiano are you gay?" ( nothing wrong with being gay love )
"What? No! Just go in the car, James and I will bring the kids." He pushed me lightly.
"Don't forget the car seats!" I ran down the stairs.
"So how are you Scar?" James broke the awkward tension.
"Well I'm kind of uncomfortable considering the fact that if you crash the car it will most likely be the death of not only you and I, but also nearly 15 children also." I bit my lip.
"Well lucky for you I'm a very responsible driver." He smiled at me.
"Just take us home."
"Glad you call it your home also." James turned the car while I blushed.
I exhaled, "That's the last kid." I closed my eyes.
"Now you can sing me to sleep." James covered himself with a blanket.
My eyes opened up to this opportunity I truly loved singing, so I started Ohio By Jacob Whitesides. After a few more songs I saw that James was asleep, so I grabbed myself a blanket, and kissed his forehead. "Goodnight aimer."
aimer- love in French
James Rodriguez's Point of View:
While Scarlet was singing to me a song I assumed was called Ohio, I was thinking about the amazing day I had. Seeing first hand Scarlet score a hat trick on her first match, to singing me to sleep right now. Her handling more than ten kids at once so well made me realize this girl can really do it all. I was nearly asleep when I felt something soft touch my forehead. "Goodnight aimer." was the last thing I heard until I felt a body lay beside mine.
Authors Note;
Hellooooo omg guys Shawn Mendes' album is great. I was just listening to some previews of the songs and they are absolutely amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 800 READS HOLY! Fun story; one time when I was like eight or something my mom was annoying me for some reason, and I thought it'd be really fun to annoy her back. I started counting to the highest number I could think of, and I didn't stop. I was literally saying number for two hours of my life. Okayyy bye!
