The love triangle is here.
Sorry for the drama there :) very over exaggerating and things, but still, ppl get very defensive over their stance on this particular love triangle.
So yea. Big debate over the whole thing. I'm just going to say it outright:
I ship Moonbli the most.
Here is why:
Moon is nervous and shy, and needs a dragon by her side to lighten her days that are laden with the stress of being a mindreader. And GUESS WHAT, Qibli is perfect to be that dragon! (Also, Qibli is just the best, hands down, and he deserves his One True Love :D)
Qibli is insecure about himself, and Moon, the only one able to see his true self, helps provide him with the confidence that he really is a good dragon, and that his inner self is no more selfish and evil than anyone else's (actually less selfish and evil than most other dragons).
They are just REALLY CUTE together and I love the way they interact with each other so much.
Some flaws:
Moon kind of doesn't really have a personality past the first book? I dunno. Tui could have written more character into her.
Also, the scene which she asks him out in (which was very cute and fabulous btw) kind of doesn't fit with the characters. It would make more sense if Qibli came and confessed to her, because this sort of thing just doesn't really fit Moon too well.
And now I want to write the scene of Qibli confessing to her... (ok maybe bonus thing later)
I want to use the argument of IT'S CANNON SO HA, but that would go against my other ships that are definitely not cannon, so... I mean, it happened, and I'm happy with it, but that's not the reason this is a good ship.
So yea.
