So I ship it.
This ship is also very cute. Winter would be a much kinder dragon under the influence of Moon. Also, she helped him stop judging other tribes as lesser so yay to Winter not being racist (tribist??? idk, idk)
BUT this ship has a couple flaws:
Winter is not nice to Moon. He yells at her and threatens her. Moon would not gain anything substantial from this relationship, in fact she probably would be hurt by it. This relation could easily turn abusive if Winter doesn't learn some humility. (ouch, it hurts to say that, but it has to be said). BUT Winter could change and this wouldn't be as much of a problem.
Also, this ship WAY overplays the 'forbidden love' thing. Like, that's kind of the whole premise, and it adds some nice drama to the story, but still. Qibli didn't even think that being from a different tribe was a problem at all. Tui could have toned that down a little bit. But, I get it, the whole Icewing strictness and the two thousand year feud thing.
So yes this ship is cute, it's just that Moon probably wouldn't thrive in a relationship with Winter.
