Cassandras POV

I felt at peace sitting by the ocean, and when I turned around, I saw William lost in his thoughts. I called him out, he quickly replied, but I was shocked he did not remember me from school, but it's okay; it's been quite some time since high school. Once, we got into a conversation, and he promised me that he would take me out tomorrow morning for some exploring, and I was shocked by how much he has changed since school, I mean, he was an introverted person, and now he is making all the plans. As we were almost done making our plan, Artie called us, and we went back for dinner. Once dinner was over, we went back home. I tried to sleep, but images of William kept replaying in my mind, but I slowly let the darkness take over my thoughts, and I slept.

The alarm was ringing at 5:30 in the morning, and Haley hit my arm

Haley: "Betty, stop it now."

I turned off the alarm and made my way to the washroom slowly without disturbing Haley. I was ready within 20 mins and waiting for William to pick me up. As I was opening the bedroom door, Haley called me out

Haley: "Betty, where are u going?"

Cassandra: "Going out with William"

Haley: "Stay safe."

That's all; I was shocked she did not ask any more questions and went back to bed. As I was drinking water in the kitchen, my phone rang, and it was William which meant I had to head down. I picked my purse and cardigan and informed him I was on my way. Once I reached the lobby, a tall, broad man wearing knitwear and denim was turning the other way and holding Lilies. The lilies smelt nice, and when he turned around, it was William, and I was shocked he got flowers

William: "Good morning Cassandra," he says, giving me flowers

Cassandra: "Good morning, William and thanks for the lovely flowers."

William: "My pleasure."

We walked out of the complex, and I spotted a red Lamborghini parked beside me, and William unlocked that car and opened the passenger seat door for me, and I was shocked he did that. Once we got into the car, he handed me a cup of latte

Cassandra: "Thanks, William; it's very thoughtful of you."

'he got flowers and coffee for me; It's been a long time since someone did something this nice for me.'

William: "My pleasure Cassandra, I thought you would be needing something to fill your stomach in the morning."

Cassandra: "Aww, that's soo sweet, William."

He blushed, and I saw his alluring brown eyes

Cassandra: "Where are we heading?"

William: "It's a surprise, Cassandra."

We continued our drive through the French Rivera in silence, and I wondered if he did not remember me or ignored his past. I suddenly felt the car halt, and I looked around to find a board that said, welcome to Jardin Exotique de Monaco. William went and got us entry passes, and once we went in, I was amused by the exotic plants and flowers that filled this place. It was refreshing looking at the beauty of nature, and then I suddenly felt a blindfold around my eyes and someone's hand entangled in mine. He started to drag me slowly towards it, and suddenly when he stopped and opened my blindfold, I saw a bench which overlooked the entire garden and past the park, we could see the whole of Monaco and the ocean was visible.

William: "Cassandra sit for however long you want and enjoy the view in silence and peace."

I nodded, and he continued

William: "I will wait in the car until you are done, and once you are done with your thoughts and absorbing this beauty, call me."

I nodded again, looking at the view. Once William left, I was thinking about my current situation and how to proceed ahead in life; I mean, running away from my house was a bold step, and along with my brother, it was an even bolder move. I have a little inheritance that I received from my grandmother, which was an apartment in Monaco, a commercial space in the Monaco shopping district and 5 million euros. My grandfather left Arthur a hotel in Monaco and a winery in France, but we both don't have the finance to run those businesses, so first, I have to work hard to accumulate more funds to help Arthur achieve his dream of starting a hotel chain. I also should make money to meet my monthly expenses and Arthur's education. As I was clearing my brain, my stomach started to rumble, and I thought I would call William to pick me up. He picked up on the first ring and had come to get me from the spot, but I saw a basket in his hand.
