Jisung couldn't exactly remember how many days he had spent off the grid. He spent the entire day sleeping until donghyuck woke him up for the concert.

He took a quick shower and decided to dress somewhat decent since this was a birthday gift. Though jisung didn't show it much, he was very grateful for donghyuck and his parents. He'd hate to disappoint them anymore than he has already.

"Looking dapper, jisung!" jeno applauded the youngest of the group as he stepped into the lounge room.

"Dapper? you're not forty." jaemin, jeno's boyfriend, scolded from beside him. Jeno smiled his beautiful eye smile nonetheless.

"Where've you been, jisungie?" Jaemin asked with concern. Jeno knew of jaemin and jisung's romantic past but it never bothered him considering that it's been seven years. Both boys had clearly moved on from their childhood romance.

Everyone knew of jisung's trauma and current drug addiction, which only made them worry more. Everyone had just been too afraid to recommend him some help.

"Partying, I think." jisung whispered the last part since he couldn't exactly remember. "Let's smoke before we leave." he suggested, everyone else nodded. The nomin couple only smoked marijuana on special occasions, they did no other drugs.

After a quick smoke session, the four boys were packed into jeno's car. Jaemin in the passenger seat while donghyuck and jisung sat in the back. They blared chenle's most popular songs through the car's speakers to prepare for the concert.

The backstage passes allowed the four boys to meet chenle backstage after the concert. They could get a picture, autograph, or simply just talk with him.

The four boys enjoyed the many performances. Since chenle was a pop singer, most songs were upbeat and happy. Though, he did have a few slower songs. Jisung noticed that the famous pop star had made eye contact with him way too many times. He blamed his little y/n moment on the fact he was extremely high.

After the performances, the group flashed their passes to the bodyguard, who donghyuck thought was really cute, and went backstage. There was a lot, but not too many people, amongst them. The pop star looked in their direction and jisung noticed a quick sparkle in the young singer's eyes.

He was talking to a random fan girl as they entered the room but he interrupted what was being said as he turned around to speak to his manager. Chenle's manager glanced over at the group of boys before making his way over to them.

"Jisung! did you see that? Chenle's been looking at us the entire night!" donghyuck squealed into the younger boys ear.

"I thought I was hallucinating." the birthday boy sighed in relief.

"Sorry to interrupt," chenle's manager cleared his throat. "I'm renjun, chenle's manager, is it okay if I pull you four to the front of the line?" he questioned, earning eager nods from everyone.

"What's the bodyguards name?" donghyuck asked renjun as they walked over to chenle's stand.

"Mark." he simply answered.

"Hi, nice to meet you all! is there anything I could do for you tonight?" chenle asked, looking at the group of friends standing in front of him.

Jaemin and donghyuck immediately pulled out their phones to take pictures with the singer and collect his autograph. Jeno settled for just his autograph, he was a fan of the singer and wasn't ungrateful for his chance to meet him but he wasn't as obsessed as the others.

"What's your name?" chenle asked jisung, already preparing to write something down.

"Jisung." he introduced himself. "It's my birthday so could you write 'happy birthday' for me?" he asked politely.

"How old are you turning?"

"19."

Chenle began scribbling something down on the notepad before ripping it out and handing it to jisung.

"I'm on tour but you should call me sometime." he smiled, showing off his pearly white teeth. Jisung looked at the paper he was handed and as predicted, the singer's phone number was written on it.

This was a celebrity in front of him but jisung was far from shy. "Why don't you just type your number into my phone, since i'm here." he smirked.

Chenle returned the smirk and took the boy up on his offer, even sending himself a quick text. "I'll call you soon then, birthday boy." he grinned one last time before moving onto an impatient fan behind the group. 

"Do you really think you should be giving your number out like that?" renjun scolded the young singer.

"For him? absolutely."
