34. Sebastian's POV

Grace's finger stroked my head and It felt so calm. Just her presence brings peace to my mind. Whenever she is around I feel complete. Soon I drifted into sleep.

I woke up and saw the time. It's 12pm. I feel good now. My head ache is gone and my  temperature came back to normal but I still feel little tired. I took a shower and went down to have some coffee. As I entered the kitchen I saw Grace. She is cooking something.

"What are you cooking"? I asked. She jumped listening to my voice.

"You startled me Seb. How are you feeling now"? She came towards me and checked my forehead.

"Better". I answered her.

"Yeah temperature is normal now but still you needs to rest for the whole day". She ordered.

"Sure boss". I said and she laughed.

"I am cooking lunch for us. It's chicken salad , tomato soup and Sandwiches". She said.

"Not soup again". I whined.

"Why do you hate soups"? She laughed.

"I don't know. I just don't like it and I am not having it". I said.

"Don't behave like a child Seb or I will force you to have it".

"Fine. Can't make the lady boss angry. Can we"? I raised my eyebrows at her and she started laughing.

"Why did you came down"? She asked.

"Firstly I slept well and my head ache is gone. Secondly I have some work to finish which I will be doing in study room and before that I need some coffee". I said.

"Firstly we are having our lunch. Secondly you will get your coffee after lunch so you can start your work after lunch". She replied copying me.

"You are so cute". I complimented her.

"Thanks". She lowered her eyes and I can see the redness on her cheeks. I smiled at her and went out of the kitchen to set up the dining table.

"Do you always wanted to become a business man"? Grace asked while having lunch.

"Yes. I have always admired my father and wanted to be a business man just like him". I replied. My father is the best man. He is a perfect business man as well as a perfect family man.

"That's nice. Has Tristan joined the office"? She asked.

"He will be joining from next week. He is under training now". I answered her.

"I was planning to go out with Jane and Rebecca if that's okay with you". She said.

"Ofcourse you can go wherever you want and you don't have to ask my permission. You can just order me just like you did before". I chuckled.

"Will you listen to it"? She raised her eyebrow.

"I will gladly obey your every order". I winked.

"I think Adrian and Jane will be getting married soon". She said.

"Yes. Adrian will soon propose to her and they will get married. They fell in love in such a short time". I said.

"The feeling of love doesn't depends on time".  She said.

"I know". I muttered.

"Sebestian can I ask you something"? She asked in a serious tone. I gave her a nod.

"What will you do if you fell in love with someone? And please don't say I will never fall in love or that feeling is not for me because I know thats not true". She asked. I stilled at her question.

"I don't know". I said but my mind screamed I love you at her. I can't say that to her. Before she could say something I asked her.

"I can ask you the same question"?

"I don't think my heart is ready to give a second chance to love". She replied.

"I know you are scared Grace but don't lock  yourself in your insecurities. Live and let your heart live. Everyone deserves a second chance in love. Even you. I know your heart is broken and you are scared to let anyone enter in already a broken heart but what if that person comes to fix the broken pieces. What if that person wants to love and hold every piece of that heart"? I asked her.

"What If he gets hurt while holding my broken heart? What if he gets bored and leaves me like others did"? She asked.

"The person who loves you unconditionally will never get bored of you. Even if he gets hurt while collecting pieces of your heart he will take that hurt as a part of your love. Because when you fell in love with someone you just don't love their happy sides. You love their sad and broken sides as well. When two persons are in love with each other their hearts get attached. If one is in pain the other will definitely feel it". I wiped her tears.

"Will I ever be able to fall in love again"? She asked softly.

"Ofcourse you will. You just have to look for the person who is ready to collect all the Scattered pieces of your heart". I replied.

I really want her to find love again. Even if it's not me. I just want her to be happy in her life. It hurts thinking about her with someone else. But for her happiness I can live with my one sided love. I can live with my hurt. I don't think I will love any one other than Grace but I do wish that Grace finds the love she deserves.

"Thanks a lot Sebestian. You always make me feel better". She said.

"No need to thank me Grace and one more thing whenever you will find a guy you love you will tell me first". I said. She smiled weakly nodding her head.

"What about you? Will you tell me when you  love someone"? She asked.

"I will tell you whenever you tell me". I said .

"That sounds like a deal Mr. Wilson". She laughed.

" Deal Mrs. Wilson". I laughed along with her.
