51. Grace's POV

Next morning when I woke up I found Jane sleeping peacefully beside me. Events of yesterday flashed into my mind making my head ache. I stood up from the bed and covered Jane with the blanket and went to the bathroom. A sudden wave of nausea hit me and I puked. Jane came running to the bathroom and held me as I was about fall.

"Grace are you okay"? She asked in concern.

"Yes. It's just that I am feeling very weak". I said.

"Ofcourse you are weak. Since when did you started skipping meals? And tell me you didn't feel any symptoms of your pregnancy"? She asked.

"Maybe since last week but I didn't gave much thought to it". I replied.

"So how far you are"? She asked referring to my pregnancy.

"Three weeks". I said.

"Oh my god! Congratulations"! She squealed and gave me a hug.

"Thanks". I wrapped my arms around her.

"Am I disturbing"? We pulled away from each other and saw Adrian standing at the door smiling at us.

"Ofcourse not". Jane said.

"I prepared breakfast so I came to call you guys". He informed.

"We will be there in 5 minutes". Jane said.

"Come on girl brush your teeth and then come out. I will freshen up in Adrian's bathroom". She said and went out.

I found a tooth brush in the cupboard and brushed my teeth then I washed my face and went out. Jane and Adrian are already at the breakfast table meeting for me.

"Hi guys". I said and sat on the chair. Jane made a plate and kept it infront of me.

"What is this Jane"? I asked

"Your breakfast". She replied.

"But this much"? I asked in disbelieve. The breakfast plate includes scrambled eggs, pancakes and fresh fruits.

"And here comes the juice". Adrian passed me glass of orange juice.

"Guys this is too much"! I exclaimed.

"It's not for you it's for my godchild. So you better finish it". Jane scolded me like a child and Adrian chuckled at her.

"Adrian if you don't mind can I stay here for one or two days". I asked taking a bite from the plate.

"It's your house too Grace. You can stay as long as you want". He smiled.

"Thanks". I said.

"Aww. You are the best brother sister duo". Jane said.

"Babe are you going to office"? Jane asked.

"Yes. Are you going to the shop today"? He asked.

"No I am staying with her". She said.

"But I am going to the shop". I said.

"No you are not". They both said at the same time.

"You need rest. Look at your face. I am not letting you out of this house for today". Adrian said and got up.

"Fine". I sighed in defeat and concentrated on my food. I don't want to eat but I have to eat for my baby.

"Take care". Adrian kissed my forehead and then kissed Jane on the lips. They reminded me of Sebestian. I lowered my eyes. After finishing the breakfast I sat in the living room and true to her words Jane didn't left me for even a second. I feel like throwing up so I ran towards bathroom and Jane followed me.

"Grace you are looking so pale. Do you want to go to hospital"? She asked stroking my head as I laid my head in her lap. I shook my head in response.

"How are you feeling"? She asked. I know what she is talking about.

"Numbed or dead. Whatever you prefer". I said.

"Don't say like that". She said.

"To be honest I don't know what I feel right now. Everything I felt till now is looking so fake. Do you think he just pretended to love me because of pity"? I asked on the verge of crying.

"No Grace. Don't think like that. He truly loves you. Whatever you saw yesterday was just a misunderstanding created between you two by his rival Derek Smith. Maria is his girlfriend thats why she helped her". Jane said. I got up from her lap and faced her.

"What are you talking about? I saw them kissing Jane". I said and tears rolled down my cheek.

"I know what happened Grace. Sebestian told us yesterday. But you don't know the truth it's better if he tells you the truth". She said.

"That's what Adrian said yesterday". I said.

"Yeah Adrian was very angry with Sebestian. He even threatened Sebestian not to disturb you until you try to talk on your own". She said.

"He did what"? I asked in shock.

"He said he doesn't care if he is his best friend or not. His little sister is more important". She said.

"I guess I am very lucky to have a brother like him". I smiled genuinely thinking about my big brother.

"Grace Sebestian really loves you. You know he was very guilty and when we were leaving his house you know what he said to me Jane please be with her sometimes she gets nightmares". She said making me cry even harder. I hugged her and cried till my eyes couldn't form tears any more.

At the evening mom, dad, Tristan, Rebecca, grams and grandma came to meet me. They were very worried about me.

"I am fine grandma". I said as she took my hands in her studying my face.

"You are looking so pale". She said. I looked at Jane.

"Don't worry Grandma I am taking good care of her". Jane said.

"Grace if you need anything or anyone to talk to you know I am here right"? Mom asked.

"Ofcourse mom". I said.

"Grace we don't want to talk about yesterday but it's better if you guys sought out everything soon. I can't see my both children so distressed". Dad said.

"Sure dad". I gave him some nod.

"Now let me talk to my favourite girl". Tristan came and sat beside me.

Rebecca, Tristan and Jane along with the elders made me smile and laugh for the next hours. They chatted, argued and tried their best to make me feel good and to be honest I did feel good. I am blessed to have a family like them.

As the night came Adrian came and joined us for dinner. We ate our dinner and I went to bed.
