Once again Gabriel makes Adrien model for his company. Right after school, it's a three hour photoshoot for Adrien, three hours of standing, three hours of posing and three painful hours of a light flashing constantly in his face.

Little did Gabriel know the substitute is soon someone he will learn to know later...

"Thank you for coming on such short notice Miss Prescott." Natalie said as Gabriel came out of his office, seeing Adrien had come downstairs already.

"Please just call me Jennifer." She said in response.

Adrien
So Vincent the photographer we have won't be able to take pictures for shoot due to being fully booked for a wedding in Miami. So for this week it'll be Jennifer taking my pictures for the photoshoots.

"Adrien be sure to be back in time for dinner, at six sharp." Father said, "don't worry I'll make sure he's back on time, sir." Jennifer said which sounded a little uneasy.

"Good. And Jennifer after I want to have talk about this weeks photoshoots after your done." Father added as he retired to his office with Natalie following. "Of course sir." She said.

We set off to the park just like my father wanted us to, Jennifer seemed more laid back with this photoshoot, kinda took off some pressure. I like this substitute.

"Ok Adrien hun, I just need you to be relaxed ok?" She said looking at the previous pictures she took on the camera, "come see what I took." She added, as I came over and saw the pictures on her camera as she flicked through them.

"Now tell me Agreste Jr what do you see wrong with these photos?" She asked looking at me with her grey and blue mixed eyes. "Uh I dunno maybe the lighting is dim." I said.

"Wrong son. You look dead inside, like look it, look at your eyes! No light in them whatsoever." She said, deleting the bad pictures. "Now let's try to be positive inside and out." She added.

"Um I don't know Jennifer. It's hard to be positive when your parent at home ignores you." I said as I sat down on a bench. Jennifer sat next to me, "I know how it feels, trust me I do. I had no father growing up, my mother worked three jobs and I barely saw her. When she did come home, she would always say she's tired. I barely got spend any time with her during the early years." She said.

"But at least she loved you right? Did she?" I said, Jennifer nodded "yes she did, but still it was hard."

At least her parent cared about her unlike my father who doesn't.

"At least you got to meet and have your father in your life, unlike me who didn't." She said.

"I guess so."

"Anyways let's not dwell on the negative and focus on the positive. You have me to talk to, a shoulder to cry on. I'll give you my number so that we can stay in touch and talk more often." She said writing down her phone number on a piece of paper, handing it to me.

"Thanks, your very easy to talk to." I said, "Aww well I'm glad I am. Anyways let's take a few more pictures just so your old man doesn't think we did nothing." She said as we resumed the photoshoot, feeling a bit better I was able to get some better smiles in the photos which Jennifer was satisfied with.

Two hours later...

"I have to say Adrien, you seem to be very good at this modelling thing." She said flicking through the pictures in the car, as we pulled at the mansion.

"Good working with you br- I mean, Adrien. See you tomorrow." She said quickly, as father lead her to his office.

Jennifer
God what was I thinking?! Not a good time Jenifer, now focus on Gabriel.

"Sir you wanted to talk to me." I said, seeing him looking at the pictures of Adrien on the wall. "Yes I did, I wanted to ask about your availability. Since Vincent has called saying he's been fully booked again for a red carpet event in Hollywood. He will be gone for over a month. Will you be able to fill in for him this long?" He said.

"Of course sir. Absolutely, I'll be able to fill in for Vincent." I said, felt weird talking to his dad, you know the way he looks at me is almost like he's judging me.

"Good. Now I would like to see the pictures you took today." He said as I switched on my camera and showed him the pictures.

"Hmm, very good. You seem to have an eye for photography and Adrien of course is exceptional in them."

"Thank you sir." I said turning off the camera, putting it in its bag.

"How old are you Jennifer? According to what Natalie has found about you, your last name is Prescott correct?" He said, I nodded "yes sir, it is. I'm twenty years old."

"Well then Natalie's findings are correct. You'll be back tomorrow, same time as today." He said.

"Yes sir," I said.

"Good, now you can go."

And so I left, being shown to the door by his assistant. I walked home to the apartment my mum and I shared, she was still at work so I had the place to myself. I think for dinner I'm going to make some of that spicy jerk chicken, mum and I love it. The spicier the better.

I gathered the ingredients and began making it.

Gabriel
Jennifer Prescott...that rings a bell somewhere.

Adrien
So I was told by Natalie that Jennifer will be filling in for Vincent for over a month due to him being fully booked and away. I'm happy about it, because I can talk to her more often.

"That Jennifer seems awfully sweet and warm. You should talk to her more, she seems understanding." Plagg said stuffing cheese in his mouth, god it stinks of old nasty cheese.

"She'll be coming tomorrow to do the photoshoot again." I said sitting down and doing some homework.
