During the final day of the Dzhalita Conference, secret agents from Albiōn, poison the food served to President prior Ralph Philip Aspinwall.

The poison is derived from herbicides and looks and tastes like salt. At high doses, the victim remains symptom free for a period of forty-eight hours. Then symptoms of oliguric renal failure appear followed by eventual death due to intracerebral bleeding.

The poison administered to Aspinwall is a low dose, so the effects and eventual death will take weeks. In addition, the secret agents inadvertently administer a higher dose of poison to the food served to General Paxton Smid.
