"Magkano po, kuya?" I asked the tricycle driver when we got into Lola's yard.

"20 pesos po, ma'am," he said. I open my bag and get my pouch there. I don't see any 20 peso bill so I decided to get the 50 pesos. As soon as I gave him the money, I turned my way to Lola's place.

"Ma'am, iyong sukli niyo po." I heard the call of a tricycle driver.

"Hindi na po, Manong. Sa inyo na." I smiled at him.

"Hala, maraming salamat po, ma'am. Tatanggapin ko na po 'to. Kailangan na kailangan po, eh. Pambili ng diaper at bigas." His eyes moist while saying those words.

Nakangiting sabi niya at muling pina-andar ang motor.

My heart is so soft when it comes to the people like Manong. Even with how hard life is, they're still not into wrongdoings. Marangal ang trabaho nila. If I have a father like that, I will never be ashamed of him. Having those kinds of people is something to be proud of.

Tiningnan ko ang kabuu-an ng lugar. By just looking at the view, my eyes are already full. If there's one thing that Brgy. Dose' proud having of, it is their scenery. The green color of leaves is everywhere. This place is full of Acacia trees. Even on a highway, they still have Acacia. The view of mountains is visible right here. The clouds that almost cover the mountains, it looks like the clouds were kissing the mountain.

It's painted with a cream color. Different kinds of flowers are in the front yard. I know it's Tita who made this. Ang ganda lang. This is what I like about the province, plants are everywhere.

"La! I'm already here," sigaw ko habang papalapit sa bahay. I heard noises inside, maybe it's television.

My shoulder hurts because of this heavy bag I am carrying. My stomach sounded when I smelled something. I am already hungry.

"La!"

My attention locked on the frame attached to the wall. It's their family picture. They looked happy in this picture. No wonder why Heza, Tita Nez's daughter looks like ate Shin.

I wonder where she is.

Right. Maybe she's in the kitchen?

I heard voices coming from the kitchen. I started to step my feet towards there. The voices became loud when I am close to the kitchen.
