Cora was woken up early the next day by Daphne and Pansy for their first day of lessons. The three girls got ready and left the dungeons to go to breakfast. They talked amongst themselves until the boys arrived.

"Morning, ladies", greeted Blaise. He sat next to Cora, Draco following while Theo sat on the other side of the table with Pansy and Daphne. As they were having breakfast, Professor Snape walked by, handing each of them their schedules. They all had the same classes together.

"We have Transfiguration first with the Gryffindorks and then Potions as well", announced Draco.

"Gryffindorks?, asked Theo amused.

"Yeah...", answered Draco. After a short pause, the group laughed loudly, including Cora, causing some 'non-morning-people' to glare at them a bit.

"Hey, remember my brother is one of them, you know?", said Cora as she finished laughing but Draco shrugged nonchalantly. She searched the Gryffindor table for her brother so she could talk to him, but he wasn't there. She cared a lot for her brother and she simply wanted to talk to him and keep the good relationship they had.

"Let's get going, I do not want to be scolded by Professor McGonagall", said Daphne standing up. The group followed and walked together, joking and laughing all the way there.

A while after the class had started, the door to the classroom shot open and loud footsteps echoed the room. Draco and Cora were seated together on the second desk to the front. Draco turned around and nudged Cora for her to look who just came through the door. It was her brother and Ron.

"Whew, we made it", said Ron. "Can you imagine the look on ol' McGonagall's face if we were late?"

Draco and Cora looked at each other and smirked. They knew Weasley was about to get in trouble.

The cat sitting on the teacher's desk jumped forward and transformed mid-air into its human form: Professor McGonagall. She looked at Ron and Harry with disappointment as they widened their eyes in surprise. "That was bloody brilliant", exclaimed Ron.

"Well thank you for that assessment, mister Weasley. Perhaps it would be more useful if I were to transfigure mister Potter and yourself into a pocket watch? That way one of you might be on time!", said the woman.

"We got lost", responded Harry.

"Then perhaps a map? I trust you don't need one to find your seats." She walked back to the front of the class as Harry and Ron took their seats on the desk just in front of Cora.

Without anyone noticing, Harry turned around and whispered to Cora. "Can we talk?" She nodded and said, "After class."

First year Slytherins and Gryffindors exited their first lesson of the day and started walking through the castle to go to their second one: Potions.

Cora let her friends know she was going to talk to her brother, so she walked faster to catch up to him. As soon as he noticed her next to him — instead of greeting her or anything — he turned to Ron, who nodded and then turned to her again. He was really trying to not believe every mean thing Ron had said about Slytherin.

"Are you evil?", he asked.

Cora furrowed her eyebrows, not quite expecting that from Harry.

"You've known me your whole life, Harry. I'm your sister, your twin. Are you seriously asking me that?", she answered, still calm, but feeling anger starting to bubble. Harry didn't answer her or even meet her eyes.
