A regular day for the three friends. No supernatural anything. Just a game day which Emily was super excited for. She gets to sit with her best friends and her mom and watch her boys do the thing they loved.

"I'm going to wish the boys luck. Can you find us a seat?" Emily asked her mom as they pulled into the school parking lot for the game

"Yep. Be careful." Melissa said

"What could possibly happen on the way to the field?" she chuckled while getting out of the car

She spoke too soon because as she ran to the field she bumped into someone and fell backwards.

"Ouch." Emily mumbled while the person she ran into held their hand out

Emily took the firm hand and was pulled up on her feet. She thought he was incredibly handsome. She took mental notes of how he looked, from the blonde curls, blue eyes, pale skin, what number jersey he had on, which was 14, and a bruise on his left cheek.

"I'm so sorry, I wasn't paying attention.' she chuckled nervously

"Oh, it's fine. You okay?" he asked and his voice sounded like he was a bit nervous

"Yeah, just a little bump." Emily said while letting go of his hand "I'm Emily, by the way."

"Isaac. Are you sure you're not hurt or anything?" He asked while checking her out for any injuries

"I'm great." she giggled and before she could say anything else someone called his name

Emily looked at the man who called Isaac's name, he was older and he looked kind of mean. He looked like Isaac in a way so she assumed it was his dad.

"I got to go. Nice meeting you." he said and dashed off real quickly.

The next day she realized he was in one of her classes. He didn't talk much in class so she tried to get his attention.

"Isaac." she whispered as she took the free seat next to him

He turned his head and noticed her, he smiled softly before mumbling a "Hey."

"You did really well last night." she smiled

"Well thank you." he said and looked back at his textbook

Emily thought this was a bit weird, she didn't want to push him but she wanted to get to know him. He looked like he needed a friend.

"You don't talk much, do you?"

"I don't have people to talk to, so no, not really." he chuckled nervously

"Well, now you do." she said and she saw his cheeks flush red while he grew a smile

After that they talked everyday in class after about a week she slid him her number. They became really great friends. That is until after Winter Formal when everything changed for the both of them.

Allison was walking down the hallway to talk to Emily about the plans they had for dress shopping and Winter Formal. When she turned the corner to Emily's locker, someone had already beat her there. A tall blonde boy was standing next to her best friend making her smile a huge smile.

"Are we just gonna stand here and stare or we going to bug her about this mystery man?" Lydia smirked as she came up behind her

"He's not a mystery man, he's definitely on the Lacrosse team. I've seen him before, and he's in two of her classes." Allison admitted
