The next day was pretty uneventful, nothing surprising happened. The gang went to school and that was it. Emily got her mom to agree to a sleepover at Lydias, Emily thinks she agreed because Lydia is the person Emily goes to for her dad issues. But while Emily was at Lydias getting some relaxation time in, her brother was meeting up with Derek and Dr. Deaton.

Scott waited for Derek at the vets office. When Derek arrived, Isaac was in tow and Scotts overprotective brother mode popped in.

"What's he doing here?" Scott scoffed while looking at the blonde boy

"I need him." Derek said while strolling inside

"I don't trust him." Scott said

"Yeah, well,  your sister does and I'm not so sure he trusts you, either." Isaac smirked in response

Before Scott could say something derek interjected

"You know what? And Derek doesn't really care." He sighed sarcastically "Now, where's the vet? Is he gonna help us, or not?" He asked Scott

"That depends..." Deaton spoke as he walked into the waiting room "Your friend, Jackson... Are we planning to kill him, or save him?"

"Kill him."

"Save him." Scott and Derek said simultaneously

Scott turned his head back and looked at derek

"Save him." He said impatiently to Derek basically pleading

"Save him." Scott said again but this time back to Deaton

"So, we haven't hung out with just us in a while." Lydia sighed as the two girls plopped down on her bed

"I know, I'm sorry. Life has been hectic recently."

"I know some of it has to do with Isaac and his new look and friends isn't it?" Lydia asked softly

"Yeah, plus-"

"Your dad. Look, we don't have to talk about it tonight. I'm just surprised it's taken you this long to tell me. You used to tell me everything."

"No, I still do. You're my best friend Lyds, that's not going to change. I just don't like being a burden, you know that."

"You're never a burden Jo." she smiled at her friend "Now, what's a sleepover without sneaking into my moms wine cabinet?" Lydia chuckled while standing and reaching her hand out for Emily

When Lydia and Emily got to school, they pulled in the same time Scott and Stiles did. She knew they needed to talk to her, Scott kept her updated all night with a bunch of texts she didn't read until she woke up because she was drunk off her ass.

"Alright I'm gonna go talk to the boys, I'll see you next class." she smiled

"Don't trip!" Lydia chuckled

Emily was still completely hungover but she's been hungover enough to know she was alright to go to school. Doesn't mean she's not clumsy.

"There's got to be some other way to get tickets, right?" Scott asked Stiles as Emily walked over

"It's a secret show-- there's only one way, and it's a secret." He then noticed Emily and smiled at her, he knew she was hungover "Well good morning Joey." he chuckled

"Shhhh."

Before Scott could question his sister, Matt walked over. He was staring at the three but mostly at Emily which made her uncomfortable
