Emily stayed the night at Lydia's that night. She didn't want to leave her alone ever again."I'm sorry Emmy." she whispered as they laid in bed
"For what Lyd?" Emily responded
"You don't even have to tell me how much this scared you. Probably as much as it did me. Brought up stuff about your dad, didn't it?"
Emily sighed, she was right. Lydia was always right when it came to her. Lydia vanishing without a word spooked her. But it wasn't just about her dad, she thought Lydia was in trouble. That the hunters would find her. Lydia shouldn't be worried about that right now though, this was her trauma not Emily's.
"That's not important. You are. I'm helping you, not the other way around."
"Fine, but we will talk about it." Lydia scolded
"I know we will, just not tonight. I do have some news that will cheer you up though."
Lydia perked up and smiled at her friend
"Does it have to do with blondie?"
"Yes, it's about Isaac."
The girls then started gossiping and it took their minds off everything that happened this week. They were in their own little bubble and hopefully they could stay this way for a little bit. With the Alpha gone, what could possibly happen now, right?

The next morning Lydia and Emily met Allison in front of the school. Emily was shocked that she actually wanted to go to school. Both of their parents didn't mind them staying home but Lydia insisted.
"You really don't remember anything?" Allison asked Lydia as they walked up the stairs to the school entrance
"They called it a "fugue state," which is basically a way of saying, "We have no idea why you can't remember running through the woods naked for two days."
Lydia took a deep breath but then put in a brave face with a lovable smile
"But, personally, I don't care. I lost nine pounds." She shrugged and the girls made their way to the door
"Are you sure you're ready for this?" Emily asked while grabbing her hand
"Please. It's not like my aunt's a serial killer." Lydia scoffed
Allison hitched in a breath and looked to Emily
"Sorry." She mouthed
Then the three walked into the school and felt all eyes on them. Why wouldn't they? One has a serial killer for an aunt, one walked around the woods for two days, and the other made it out of an animal attack alive with no scratches on her at all.
"...Maybe it's the nine pounds?" Allison shrugged
Lydia flipped her hair and interlocked her arms with her friends and strutted down the hallway.

Emily had a free period, since she had a free period she decided to go watch the boys practice. She does this every day. Though she doesn't necessarily watch, she does homework or reads, one time she even took a nap.
When the boys came out on the field they ran to her. This confused her. They usually say hi and then get to playing. They explained to her how Scott sensed another werewolf in the locker room and they didn't think it's Jackson.
"It was kind of like a scent, but I couldn't tell who it was." Scott explained
"Wait, you're sure it isn't Jackson? I thought he was trying to get Derek to make him one."
