"Kat!" Eijiro yells the moment he enters the house earning him a very violent shushing from his blonde husband.
"I just got Kasumi down for her nap. Wake her, and I'll fucking kill you." Katsuki growls quietly, hoping that the other man didn't wake their eight-month-old daughter.
"Sorry, Kat," Eijiro whispers back. "But, guess what."
Katsuki sighs before dragging the red head into the kitchen, the furthest part of the house from their daughter's room. "What's got you all fucking excited all of a sudden?"
Eijiro is practically bouncing off the walls. "The commission chose me for a mission. They need me to help the heroes in America."
A sinking feeling fills Katsuki. Something doesn't feel right about this, but Eijiro is so excited. He can't show the other man his doubts, it will only make him think that Katsuki doesn't think he's good enough. Katsuki knows that his husband is a strong hero. He'll come back.
Later on, Katsuki will come to regret not telling Eijiro of his misgivings.
