My mom and brother got here and we been talking they made me eat after soon long.

We laughed, smiled, this is probably what I needed, my family.

I heard a knock on the door and went to go open it and seen Jeremiah.

"Um hey" i said shyly.

"Well that was something" I said.

"Do you want to come in we are abt to play a game.

"My mom and brother" he nodded and walked in.

"Hey sweetie" my mom said hugging Jeremiah.

"Sorry for your loss" she said and he nodded.

My brother and him made a handshake and they did that ig my brother really liked him.

I laughed at they're  dumb handshake.

"What game we playing ma" I asked my mom.

"Uno duh" we nodded, thats always been my moms favorite game.

We sit up, I was next to Jeremiah and my momma and mooder was by Jeremiah.

We all played and I won and everybody had to take a shot.

After the game.

"No because India cheated" my mom said and I laughed.

"I'm juss good at it ma" I laughed.

We were all tipsy, and my momma and brother were staying a few days. My brother slept on the blow up mattress and my momma slept w him.

"Yeah yeah, ur juss a good cheater" my brother said.

We were eating ice cream rn and watching tv.

"Watch the movie dummy" I said hitting him.

And he hit me back.

"Ma tell your asshat of a son to fuck off" my mom turned to us and laughed.

"Bed time kids" my mom said.

I got up and Jeremiah followed me to my room.

"U going to let me stay the night" he said sitting on my bed.

"Well ig" I got in bed and so did he.

He put his arm around my waist and I got closer to him.

"Its okay to miss her India just don't let it pull u under bc it will" he said and I knew what he was talking abt.

"I'm not but ik my sister wouldn't want me how you are, so u need to pull thru" he said softly.

"Thank you for being here" I said turning towards him and he looked at me.

"Ur welcome" I leaned in for a kiss and he kissed me and I smiled.

I turned back around and soon fell asleep.

Next morning

I woke up and Jeremiah wasn't in the bed but I smelled food so I brushed my teeth and washed my face

I went out my bedroom and seen Jeremiah making breakfast.

"Hey honey how did you sleep" my mom asked from the couch.

"Better" I smiled, Jeremiah handed me my coffee and smiled and I smiled back.

"Where my dumbass brother"

"He went out" my mom shrugged.

"Food is done" Jeremiah said and he made our plates and we ate.

"Ma when you leaving" I asked her.

"Damn trying to get me to leave already" she said fake sad, I rolled my eyes and she laughed.

"We are leaving tmr" I nodded.

Jeremiah cleaned up and he started putting on his shoes.

"You leaving" I said and he nodded.

"Gotta work" I walked him to the door and he kissed me.

"Bye ill be by tonight" I nodded and closed the door.

"So are you two a thing" my mom said smilling.

"No mom" I laughed.

The rest of the time we watched movies and juss caught up on life.

It was now 10pm and my brother had got here an hour ago and we juss watched a movie.

Jeremiah came in and we headed to bed i told my mom and brother goodnight.

I went in the bathroom and washed my face.

Jeremiah came in and wrapped his arms around me and I smiled.

He turned me around and sat me on the counter and kissed me.
