The New Alpha

Saskia POV

When we arrived home, my mom was emotional to see us, she hugged me and Liam once she was in my dad's arms  he wouldn't let her go, she tries to leave but he pulls her back

"Gabriel enough, I'm going to serve everyone their food"

He kisses her and nods

We all regrouped and had food together it was really nice to be back with my family.

Nia and Taylor wanted to stay with me, girls sleep over and wanted to pack for me, I know there up to something.

I had a great night eating rubbish and watching classic chick flicks with the girls.

It was early next morning and a line of vehicles were parked outside our home.

I had my case ready, my dad took it off me and placed it in the boot, then he went back to mum, Liam put Nia's case next to mine.

I felt bad for my mom and Alex, we had to leave them, normally I would keep them company but I had to go to the last pack on my list, the elders would know otherwise.

My dad hugged Alex and my mom, giving her one more kiss and walks to the driver side of the front vehicle, I'm sat next to Nia and Liam was in the front. I wave.

"see you soon Mom and Alex"

And we were off to Blue Ridge it expands over North Carolina and Virginia. To see the new ultimate alpha, take his new role.

My brother, Tyler and few other pack members including the guards were in the other vehicles.

It took a few days on the road, when we reached the blue ridge mountains it was late afternoon of the celebration. When we reached the pack house we were greeted by an older man, my dad seem to know him.

"Saskia this is the acting alpha and current beta Jack"

He looked at me, he was a little older than dad and shorter but he seem to be very muscular with very short dark hair and a few tattoos but his smile seemed warm

"this is Saskia Newman, what a beauty, she can't be yours"

He slapped my dad's back in good gesture.

"trust me she is"

"she has the height"

"pleasure to meet you Saskia and all from Blue Sky Mountain, I'm sorry that our new alpha isn't here to meet you personally but the party is nearly under way and everything needs to be done."

"we understand, doesn't help that we're late"

"why don't you all get comfortable and wash and change and join the party"

"thank you, Jack,"

Dad patted his back playfully

"who would of thought my James would be taken your title "

"but is he as dangerous as me"

"I would say and taller"

My dad gave him a dark smile

"we will see"

We all ended up in a room, I was sharing with Nia, both of us took turns in washing, drying. When I noticed Nia and Tyler waiting for me with a glamorous dress on the peg.

"what is this"

"just listening to us"
