EMMA POV~

It was history class now. Well I understood that from the dates Mr. Kang wrote on the board. If the dates weren't written I wouldn't have realized it was history. Cause' I was not listening to him. I was having other thoughts running through my mind.

Lee Know was seated beside me with confusion slapped all over his face as Mr. Kang blabbered things. I could say he was trying hard to understand what was going on. He got frustrated as he ran his hand through his hair faking a cry.

"My brain hurts." He whispered-yelled to me with a 'help me' look. I ignored him as I was looking at the empty seat which was far from us.

Chris didn't come to class after the break. I was actually mad at him for some unknown reason. I hoped he would show up eventually but he didn't which got me worried.

Unconsciously I began tapping on the table with my pen.

Tap.

Tap.

Tap.

TAP!

I got back to my sense when Lee Know kept a hand on my shoulder with a concerned look. I blinked a few times before I realized that everyone on the class including Mr. Kang had their eyes in me. When I understood what was going on I immediately stood up from the seat and apologized.

"I-i'm so so so sorry." I bowed a few times before sitting back on my chair and hid my face in embarrassment. I took a small peek at Mr. Kang and saw that he gave me short glare before going back to teaching. I bit my lip as I closed my eyes in embarrassment before turning to Lee Know who gave me a small smile which I returned.

When the bell rang everyone packed their bag and went outside the class for their last period. Me and Lee Know did the same and went out.

"You were zoning out during history. Anything bothering you?" He asked me as we made our way through the hallway.

"Something weird just happened today. And I'm telling you because I don't want to hide anything from you." I said looking at him and he gave me a nod asking me to continue.

"Me and Chris wer-" I was cut off by Lee Know cooing with a smirk wiggling his eye brows. I frowned and hit his arm causing him to laugh and raise his hands in order to stop me.

"Ok ok I'm sorry. Continue." He said as I gave him one last glare before I continued.

"So as I was saying, me and Chris were walking in the school backyard talking about something which I don't remember exactly. And as we walked some person bumped into us but he just gave a quick bow without even apologizing properly." I said the last words rolling my eyes.

"Let me guess. You yelled at him." He said slapping his forehead.

"Of course. How could I not?" I said to which he shook his head with a done look.

"Well that's not important here." I said.

"When I yelled at him, he turned towards us and looked at us as if we were some policemen who caught him stealing. I could say he knew me by the way he looked at me." I said causing Lee Know to look at me as his eye brows met.

"But you don't know that person?" He asked.

"No. Well he looked kinda familiar but I didn't know him." I said. Lee Know was about to say something but I cut him off.

"Listen, there's more to it. Then he looked at Chris and his eyes got wider. And I'm sure I heard him call Chris 'Chan'." I imitated the man.

"And then he looked back at me and took a step towards me but Chris stood in front of me and said "Stay where you are. You don't have the right to come near her." And he looked all angry and like a knight and..." I trailed off at the end but Lee Know looked quiet serious.
