Chapter 14: Night Raid begins

Sin's POV:

"Pay attention to your surroundings Misaki" she says with a cold tone, i force myself up and i charge at her but in the blink of a eye she takes the yatsufusa from my hands and knocks me out by landing a extremely powerful strike to my chest.

"There's a delay between your attacks, you need to be able to think of a strategy and attack at the same" she says as the wind blows her beatiful black hair and as the sun light makes her red eyes give out a flaming look...hard to believe she was 798 years old.

"Sorry Akame...i don't think i can ever be as good as you" i say with a sad but honest tone in my voice.

Akame takes a breath then says "Sin if you hope to free the capital from it's corrupted ruler your gonna need to trust in your skills".

"Skills? I've always been the worst at everything...i'm sorry Akame but i can't- she puts her hand on my shoulder and looks me in the eyes. "Sin...trust in yourself" i feel the blood flowing on my face...why am i blushing? I take a step back and i say "I...i need a break".

Akame...after my parents were killed she was like a mother to me but these feelings...what the hell is wrong with me?.

"Alright you can take a break" she says with a calm tone.

I make my way to the wood cabin Akame had built for us in the forest next to the capital, i hear a crack sound coming from a nearby bush. I unsheath my blade and i shout "show yourself".

A blond young man comes out of the bush with his hands up, "wow your really good...I'm Leon" he says with a cocky tone in his voice.

"Leon? Am i suppose to know you?" I say in a confused tone

"Well Akame recruited me to join you and help you recruit more people for this new night raid" he says with a proud tone in his voice...wait night raid?

"Night raid? What are you talking about kid?" I ask confused.

"What? She didn't tell you? In order to take out the emperor, you're gonna need a group to help you out".

"A group? i understand i can't take out the emperor by myself but i don't want to put other people in danger" I tell him with a honest tone in my voice.

He's smile vanishes, he looks at me with his gorgeus yellow eyes and says "Your not the only one who wants to kill the emperor so like it or not i'm gonna fight by your side".

Leon showed himself to be very confident and just like me, he was trained by Akame so he's going to be a powerful ally.

"So do you have a teigu?" I ask trying to light up the mood.

"I have the coolest teigu ever, the Lionelle" He says with a big smile on his face.

"Lionelle? What does it do?" I ask.

He smiles then activates his teigu, his body changes and becomes more muscular, a tail comes out of his back and his hands and feet become beast-like plus his hair becomes slightly longer.

Leon smiles and says "Pretty cool huh" he was right his teigu was pretty cool, it transformed him into a powerful beast-like warrior...mine was just a sword that can summon zombies.

After that we make our way to our wodden cabin to rest, i fall on my bed and i quickly fall asleep but as always i'm haunted by nightmares.

"Stay away!" I shout as i run away from the bandits chasing after me, but they were very fast. One of them pulls out a gun and shoots me in the leg which causes me to fall on the ground.
