Demon's extract...one of the most powerful imperial arms from Akame's era. Most who've have tried to use it's power have either ended up dead or insane, but to Esdeath, having the voice of a demon whispering in her head was no problem at all.

If anything her teigu was nothing more than a tool used to slaughter her enemies. After her death however, her teigu was supposedly lost in time, but somehow I have it.

Somehow I've acquired this monstrously weapon and now...I'm questioning my sanity.

My skin still burns with the Murasame's poison.

The demonic tattoos left behind became scars that just won't heal.

Worst part of it all...the attention something like this brings.

"Seriously mate how the hell did you get that teigu?"

Leon asks for the thousandth time.

He means well, but his overreactions are borderline annoying.

"I already told you didn't I? I'll say it again, I have no idea how or why this teigu showed up on my chest or why I was able to use the Murasame's trump card without first sacrificing my humanity ...whatever that means."

I ever so calmly explain to my not so smart friend.

In response he just kinda looks at my face with nothing but disbelief in his expression.

"Look Kakaro-

"It's Akaro!"

"We can only wield one teigu otherwise we would be destroyed, that's the absolute unbreakable rule yet somehow you have two and they just happen to be two of the most powerful original teigus out there."

"Yea I know, but it's not like it matters right? I can't even make a snowflake with Esdeath's teigu much less use it effectively in battle."

I say as I lean back against the wooden door which led to my room.

"How about you do some training with Misaki? She's really good with demonic stuff."

That's the probably one of his worst ideas so far, but I suppose it couldn't hurt to give it a try...even though I'll probably regret this later.

"Could work I guess, hopefully she won't kill me."

"Heh don't worry about it mate...Misaki Sin may be fearsome assassin when out in the field, but everyone in our little gang is like a good ol'family to her."

He explains.

Admiration huh? Looks like mister Leon has some history with my little comrade.

"Well I better get going."

"Yea sure, she should be training just outside."

I punch Leon on the shoulder in a friendly manner then quickly make my way downstairs.

After devouring some pancakes for breakfast I step outside and take a moment to stretch my arms and legs.

I walk over to the small training area located in the back end of our not so little household. There I find Sin having a practice match against two of her undead puppets.

A tall muscular ghoulish man with blank eyes and a nimble redheaded female wielding two katanas.

Using his bulky arms and immense strength the ghoulish man rips a three out of the ground and tosses it towards the assassin in front of him.
