(A/N: I'm terribly sorry that this took so long for me to update, but I had run out of ideas, but after all this time, here is the long awaited chapter)

I woke up in a futon in someone else's house, that's right I ended up staying over at Mitsuri's, I couldn't leave her alone in her seemingly broken state. She had trouble sleeping but she eventually managed to sleep through the night, though not without her moving around and whimpering slightly, seemingly from recalling what happened. I swear, if Iguro has the balls to apologize, and she forgives him he'd better treat her right this time! I'd better tell Shinobu, they're best friends, plus they know more about each other so she would know how to comfort Mitsuri way better the I would. But at the same time, that would be invading Mitsuri's privacy, and Shinobu might plan something for Iguro (not that I would mind) considering how she is. This situation is truly complicated.

I ended up telling Shinobu. "HE DID WHAT?!" She yelled out, while was fuming, she looked like she was about ready to commit murder "you heard me" I responded flatly "NOT ONLY DID HE SAY THAT TO MITSURI, BUT HE ALSO HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY SOMETHING TO YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE FRIENDS WITH HER?!" I merely hummed in response, she pulled out her sword "where is he?" She said with a dangerous tone that I shivered to. "Uhh, I'm sure he feels ashamed of his actions" I said with a slight shake in my voice "wait! Is Mitsuri okay?! I swear if he made her cry!" She continued on for a bit listing the things she would do to Iguro if he doesn't apologize. Maybe it's best to with-hold some of the information when I went and comforted her. I don't feel like dealing with an even angrier angry Shinobu.

We finished our discussion, after a very, very long time. She had to make sure she got every detail (that I cared enough to share) and made sure she got everything from me, which took a lot of convincing that I didn't with hold anything (which I did) from her. Today is two days after the incident with Mitsuri and Iguro, and so far neither of them have spoken at all. As much as I dislike Iguro, no one could deny that what Mitsuri and Iguro had was anything but love. While Obanai resolve is extremely flawed, I still believe he has what it take to make Mitsuri happy, so I might as try to take to him.

That interaction could not have went any worse than it did, not only did Iguro not listen to anything that I said, but he also told me to fuck off while flipping me off. What a lovely dude, okay but seriously, I get that Mitsuri loves him and all, but how the hell didn't she snap at him way earlier than the day I was with her, it's literally impossible to negotiate with him. Well, probably not impossible for her, he only listens to Mitsuri, most of the time.

I tried a couple more time to talk to him when he finally decided to listen because of how persistent I was. "You really don't let up do you? I told you this has nothing to do with you!" He fumed, "that's where you're wrong, this has everything to do with me. Don't you realize how possessive you act around her, you have some real balls for acting that way to someone who isn't even your partner" I stated calmly, the look on his face was priceless, he was absolutely flabbergasted, I'd pay good money to see that on a daily basis. However he was only stunned for a few moments before he look liked he was ready to kill me.

"WHY YOU-" he didn't even finish what he was saying before he starting charging at me, fortunately, I dodged and he went straight into a tree, he groaned in anger and pain, he looked at me with malicious intent. But I didn't fret, Iguro didn't scare me, and frankly, he never did, he was always trying to hard to intimidate me that it didn't really work. "While, I'd prefer to just tell you how bad you messed up, I'm not gonna do that. I'm here to give you a bit of advice on what not to do next time. Stop controlling her, Mitsuri is her own person., the way you act when Mitsuri simply breathes the same air as someone is completely unacceptable" I paused for a moment to think of my next words, "Mitsuri only has eyes for you, everyone knows that. But every once and a while she's gonna want to spend time with someone else, you can't just limit her to be with you at all times. You're suffocating her!" I paused again.

"And as much as you think you're doing what's best for her, just know, those romantic feelings she has for you, will eventually turn into resentment if you keep this up. That will be all. I really hope you reflect upon these words and not make the same mistake again. And if I just so happen to hear you do repeat the same mistake, I'll see to it that Shinobu collects your head instead of a demon's" before he could utter another word from his mouth, I was already gone. I didn't feel like listening to whatever crap he says to try and defend his actions, though, after what I said, I'm sure he would've had a very hard time to come up with any sort of justification that wouldn't just make him sound like a manipulative bastard.
