Over the last few days, Mitsuri was was a little awkward with Iguro, but over all, they have gone pretty much back to normal friendship wise. Dating wise, neither of them have made a move unsurprisingly. But on other news, Tanjiro has been sent on a mission with Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Uzui? Hashiras do not usually need help, and if they did, they would send another hashira with them, so I'm quite perplexed as to why those 3 have been sent on a mission with Uzui when they could've just sent another hashira. It might actually be best they send two hashira, after what happened with Rengoku, I don't think we should be risking anything, if one upper moon has been discovered, the surely the others will soon follow.

I'm very worried about this mission, Tanjiro will get involved in hashira affairs once again, and if Uzui were to die like Rengoku, I don't think Tanjiro would take it well. I'm probably reading too much into it, Uzui is very capable after all. I just hope it'll be enough to keep Tanjiro safe. It's best to just sleep it off, Uzui wouldn't let anything happen to those three intentionally. I get in bed and attempt to sleep, however that doesn't happen because I start hearing my crow outside cawing like crazy. So I have to step outside.

"Caw! Caw! Mission report! Go to the Red Light district immediately! Repeat, go to the Red Light district immediately, the Sound Hashira Uzui Tengen needs assistance!" So it seems I was right. They should've sent two hashira instead of Tanjiro and his group with Uzui! They aren't experienced enough to be going on such dangerous missions! Because of this now I'm getting a mission alert telling me that Uzui needs my assistance. "Kanzaburou tell Shinobu about my mission! And don't mess up the message!" I say, if anything bad happens there, I need her to be ready to treat their wounds, and so she can send Kakushi. I don't waste any more time and start sprinting there. If I hurry, I should be able to make it right when the sun sets.

I run as fast as I can, jumping to boost myself every once and a while. And just like I predicted, I made it just when the sun set.... What the hell?! I come to the district to see practically everything destroyed. This is bad, the people, Uzui, Inosuke, Zenitsu, Tanjiro! I search around when I finally spot them, Tanjiro is on his knees bleeding, and somehow still alive. The demon is approaching him but before he can get to Tanjiro, I call out:

"Water breathing: 4th form Striking tide!"

The demon turns around shocked and narrowly avoids my attack, but he wasn't quick enough as I managed to cut off an arm.

"T-Tomioka-san?!" Said Tanjiro in disbelief.

I didn't respond as I just focused on the task at hand. And now that I've taken a good look around, I see the others on the ground completely bloody. I have to finish this quick before they end up bleeding out to death. Despite also currently bleeding, Tanjiro gets up and starts to attack upper moon 6 again. That quickly back fired though as he almost got his eye gauged out if I hadn't saved him.

"Water breathing: 10th form Constant flux!"

I use this form to simultaneously block all of his strikes with his sickles, and attack him. I was getting closer and closer to his neck. The demon at this point was screaming bloody murder in anger, but I kept myself composed and continued my attack. By now Zenitsu and Inosuke were both up and once again fighting a different demon, who also had the upper moon six symbol, Uzui was also still alive, but severely injured.

Finally I cut off it's head, while Zenitsu and Inosuke killed the other demon. But we didn't have anytime to celebrate as the one I killed had released a huge final attack while it was still alive. I was quick to react however.

"Water breathing: 11th form Dead calm!"

Doing this allowed me to protect them from being furthered injured as I deflected the attack. Fortunately, I managed to protect everyone from the blast. But even then, they needed immediate medical attention. The upper moons messed them up bad. Even with Nezuko's ability to heal them, they'll need extensive treatment at the butterfly mansion. I myself was lucky enough to not get to injured, just scratches here and there, and a cut on my arm.

The Kakushi finally arrived, starting basic treatment, and then transporting everyone to the butterfly mansion for further treatment. Thankfully, Tanjiro and his friends, as well as Uzui were all going to be okay. But even with this, Uzui decided to retire, it was going to be to difficult for him to fight with only one hand he said. We can't afford to lose any  more Hashira. We now have two spots open, and we need new Hashira quickly. With two Hashira no longer present, we've been weakened. 

Speaking if Hashiras, "Giyu-san!!! You're okay! I was so worried!" Mitsuri said, quickly enveloping me in a hug.

"Mitsuri, y-you're crushing me...c-can't breathe." She quickly let go of me when she hears this.

"I'm so sorry! Idon't know my own strength sometimes." She laughs. "Anyway, how's Uzui doing? I heard he was severely injured."

"He's okay I guess, he'll live. But he's retired now. He can't fight any more in the states he's in." I explain.

"He what?! He can't retire, now we have two spots open! And no replacements!" Perhaps it was a bad jdea to tell her this in a hospital setting.

"Mitsuri! Quiet down! And I'm sure master will find replacements, he's just gonna need some time to think about it." This calmed her a bit, but I'm not even sure about what I said. Will master actually find replacements? Not many reach slayers Hashira level. I'm just gonna have to hope that there are at least two slayers that have reached that point.

(A/N: I have never written a fight scene before, so if you absolutely hated it, just know this is the reason why. I am completely inexperienced with it, so if anyone has tips, I be very grateful!)
