"Y/n get your ass out of bed" Paddy knocked on your door the next morning, bright and early. His enthusiasm was through the roof and you had no idea why. He heard a quiet 'come in', opening the door and stepping into your room.
You were curled up in the sheets, wrapped up like a burrito. He chuckled as he walked over to you, you rolling over so you could look at the boy.
"Why do you have to be so noisy!" you said as you tried to hit him with a pillow failing miserably as it didn't even hit him, landing with a thud on the floor, "Your lucky my senses aren't completely turned on or I would have hit you" you mumbled as Paddy patted your head.
"Keep telling yourself that love, you're not Spiderman, that's my brother" he laughed.
Shit there go the butterflies again
God dammit why does he have to use that nickname?!
You jumped out of bed, tackling him. You both landed on the floor with a thud, you straddling Paddy's waist for a second before he flipped you over, your back on the floor as he hovered above you, your faces eerily close.
Someone cleared their throat, making you both look up to see Sam standing in the doorway, with the dirtiest smirk on his face.
"Oh fuck off" you said to the boy as Paddy stood up, giving you a hand, "I'll be down in a minute" you said as the two boys stepped out of your room as you closed the door behind you.
Once the door was closed you let out a breath you didn't know you had been holding in. You could have kissed, fuck that, you could have made out with him if he reciprocated the kiss, but you were too stupid to even think of crossing that line. He was your best friend, well that's what you called him when you were around friends and family, but even god knows you want it to be something more.

A familiar smell filled your senses as you came down the stairs, hair still a little bit wet from the shower you had taken, and of course you were wearing one of Paddy's hoodies, again.
"How many of Paddy's hoodies do you have?" Tom asked as he greeted you in the kitchen, Sam and Harry's head perking up from the couch to look at you. You shrugged, not wanting to actually count how many you had.
Probably about 23
Nope, Y/n, definitely don't say that, it's embarrassing enough that Sam caught you both in that compromising situation this morning, and the boys probably already know
"No idea" you said as you prepared your breakfast, Nikki walking in to the kitchen seconds later.
"Good morning dear, did you sleep well?" Nikki flashed you a smile as she set down a plastic box on the counter.
"Yeah I did thank you" you reciprocated the redhead womans smile. She studied your clothes, her smile becoming more prominent at the sight of you using her sons hoodies. You would have expected Nikki to have said something about you using Paddy's clothes, but little did you know that she loved it.
Everyone in the Holland household loved the fact that you wore Paddy's clothes, especially Nikki, who hoped that one day she would be able to call you her daughter-in-law. She knew that you both claimed to be "best friends", but even she knew that you both liked each other, but were both completely oblivious to the others feelings.
Nikki clapped her hands together, getting everyone's attention, "Right well today I thought it would be fun to make gingerbread houses" she said as everyone gathered around the kitchen counter, "But, with a twist, it's going to be a competition, groups of two and me and Dom will be the judges" she said as everyone started to count how many there were.
"Since they're only five of you, I called in an extra" Nikki said as the door bell rang, the sound of Tessa's barks and the pitter-patter of her paws as she ran up to the door, Nikki following behind. There was the sound of a male voice coming down the hallway before the one and only Harrison Osterfield appeared in the kitchen.
Tom walked straight up to his best friend, pulling him into a hug, "It's good to see you mate" he said as Harrison flashed his friend a smile, "Good to see you too mate" he laughed as he greeted Sam and Harry, then Paddy and then looked at you.
"Haz this is Y/n, Paddy's best friend" Harry introduced you to the blonde boy, who pulled you in for a hug, "Ah so you're the girl Paddy won't stop yapping about" he teased, looking at Paddy who rolled his eyes playfully.
"It's nice to meet you, and I have to admit that Tom won't stop talking about you either, quite a bromance you two have" you smiled at the boy, who laughed, "I like her already"
"I'm sure Paddy does too" Tom chuckled at he earned yet another swat on the head from his mum, "Alright well lets get started then shall we. Tom and Haz, Sam and Harry, Y/n and Paddy. I'm going to give you all half an hour to make the best gingerbread house" Nikki said a she clapped your hands, all of you pairing up and beginning to make the house.

Two bags of icing later, everyone had finally finished their gingerbread houses, and you had to admit that they all looked pretty good. The timer on the counter rung, signalling the end of the competition. Everyone sighed in relief as they put down the bags of icing and sprinkles.
"Well that was..." you looked around you, sprinkles and pots scattered on the counter and on the floor, "...interesting" you chuckled as Tessa ran around you licking the toppings off the floor.
Nikki and Dominic walked in, laughing as they saw the state of the kitchen, "Is it possible to make a gingerbread house without making a mess" Dominic said as he examined all of the houses. He leaned into Nikki's ear whispering something, to which the woman nodded in agreement.
"We've come to an agreement, and the winners are... Paddy and Y/n"
"Yes!" Paddy cheered as he spun you around, everyone's clapping adding to the noise. You laughed as put you down.
"Well congrats but we've got cleaning to do" Tom said as he handed to both brooms.
"Ah I forgot about that part" you mumbled, "But at least we get to eat the gingerbread" you said as you looked over at your house, Harry, Haz and Dominic taking little pieces of it.
"Hey!"
