My spidey sense have been ringing non-stop since I woke up. I'm very much paranoid all through out the first half of my classes. MJ told me that we will be having an assembly after lunch because of the quarterly updates of school activities and upcoming events.

While we were in the auditorium I can't focus on the announcements of each department heads and the Principal's reminders and speech. My ears hurt because of how loud the speakers are and whispers of the students in the auditorium.

Another half an hour of this and I will surely have a sensory overload. I shut my eyes hard and opened them again, refocusing my sight at the Principal.

"We will not tolerate anymore absences or excuses the exceeds to 5. We will only allow it if it's an emergency or with a complete valid reason. Anymore will extremely affect your school records and will also be given detentions. Am I clear?" He said while directly looking at me.

I let out a sigh, the teachers and Principal are skeptical about my Stark Internship and I think most of them don't believe it either. I blame Flash for that. When Mr. Morita was about to speak again the doors of the auditorium were slammed open.

A group of heavily armed soldiers entered the auditorium. Ned and MJ quickly grabbed my arm. Someone in a suit was the last to enter. He have gray hairs and a mustache.

"Good Afternoon, I believe you're the Principal? I'm General Ross, United State Military Officer. I'm here to pick up someone."

I became more alert, General Ross. He's the one that wants Spider-Man to sign the accords.

"Afternoon, who are you here for?"

"Mr. Parker, Peter Parker." Ned and MJ grip became tighter. The students turned their heads towards me. That led to General Ross and his soldiers turned to me as well.

"Mr. Parker, if you would be kind enough to come down and discuss something with me."

I was silent, I don't want to go down. My spidey sense are going haywire.

"I'm sorry, government or not I'm not allowing you to take our student. Especially without the presence of his guardian." Principal Morita said.

"Mr. Parker, I want to have a word with you regarding your internship under Tony Stark himself. Don't worry, if you come with us you'll be seeing him after our talk."

I stood up, then I heard Flash snickering with his friends about me getting arrested because of lying. I stepped down and stare General Ross down.

"No, I don't want to go. So, leave."

"You don't have a choice Mr. Parker. You either go with us willingly or we will force you."

"That would be kidnapping." I said, he knows I'm Spider-Man. He wouldn't bring heavily armed soldiers if he didn't know.

"Get him." General Ross ordered. Some of the soldiers shoot me. I did my best to avoid it without giving too much of my identity. I don't want the whole school to know. Some of the soldiers tried to get near me, trying to hit and zap me with a baton. I heard Ned and MJ's worried shouts.

I was able to steal one baton and tried to block every attack and hit someone enough to knock them out. There's too many of them. I can't move around so much. The whole school is watching.

"Give up, Mr. Parker. Your Aunt is waiting for you in the HQ." That made me stop. They have Aunt May. I can feel some multiple tranquilizer being shot at me. The others soldiers pinned me down with their baton.

"You shouldn't have touched Aunt May. You don't who you're dealing with." I glared at him.

"Trust me Mr. Parker, I know who I'm dealing with. The sooner this is over the sooner you go back. Don't harm him too much. I can't have Stark throwing a pit at me when he see his little intern."
