After I went home, I started getting ready to go to the restaurant kolro invited us to. I was finally done getting dressed. I then looked at myself in the mirror. I thought that I looked good.
Nathan: nice.
Some time passed until, eventually, I was there early. While waiting, I saw Samantha walking toward me in a beautiful dress. The one she wore to Homecoming.
Samantha: Hey Nathan, you look great in that suit.
Nathan: Thanks, you look beautiful in your dress.
Samantha: Hey, doesn't this remind you of when we all showed up at the homecoming?
Nathan: oh yeah, then we soon realized it was boring, and, you, Syd, and David all went out to the bleachers of the school football field.
Samantha: oh my God, yes, and we just only stared up at the stars and talked about irrelevant stuff like that one movie you and I saw together. I think I got emotional about the ending.
Nathan: I got emotional about it too. At the end where that guy was in the hospital bed, and... he said his final goodbyes.... to his loved ones...but yeah, we had more fun on the bleachers than the homecoming.
Samantha: yeah, and I remember we all danced to a song on my phone. It goes something like this-
Nathan and Samantha: Come on, baby, light my fire.
We laughed and smiled until we saw Syd and David walking toward us. And we waved at them, and they waved back.
Syd: hey, you guys look lovely tonight.
Nathan: Yeah, thanks. You two look like you're about to walk on the red carpet.
David: Yeah, I've always thought I looked like a Hollywood star but look at you two. You guys look like you're about to go on a date or a double date since we're here.
David then wrapped his arm around Syd, and Syd wrapped his arm around David, too, and they smiled.
Syd: Oh, by the way, where's Kolro then? He should be here by now.
Samantha: beats me. He should've shown up by now.
David: maybe he's stuck in traffic.
Nathan: I find that hard to believe since he can fly. Wait, does he even own a car?
Syd: it depends if he needs it. Maybe he flies faster and-
Then we all saw a Hyena anthruman walk up to us in a good-looking suit similar to what we were wearing.
