Syd was sleeping peacefully and comfortably in his bed. He slowly woke up when sunlight hit his face. He thought that was the best sleep he had ever had. He then grabbed his glasses and put them on before opening his eyes. When he finally opened them, Kolro was standing next to his bed. This surprised Syd and made him fall off his bed.

Kolro: oh shit didn't mean to surprise you. I was about to wake you up for breakfast, but you had already kind of ....woken up...

Syd then gets up from the floor and rubs his head

Syd: well, that's one way to start a morning.

Syd jokingly smiles.

Then they both exited the room and went downstairs to have breakfast. When they both got down there, Syd noticed that everyone was already awake and enjoying their meal.

Nathan: I'm guessing you enjoyed your rest?

Syd: best sleep ever had.

Kolro then set down a plate of pancakes, eggs, and a glass of orange juice on the table where everyone ate.

Syd: thanks.

Syd then sat down next to his friends and started eating his meal. He was immediately blown away by the pancakes.

Syd: Jesus, these are good.

David: I know. Kolro says they're apple cinnamon pancakes.

As everyone was eating at the table, Nathan's mom was watching the news on her phone while sipping her coffee.

News anchor: it was reported last night that there were 167 deaths at the State Fair. There were also sightings of strange creatures attacking which were the probable cause of the deaths. And not far from the state fair, it was also reported that there was a sizeable headless creature wielding an axe on a freeway.

Nicole: oh, those poor people. Their families must be mourning them right now.

Kolro then sets down his plate a the table.

Kolro: Don't worry, we're going to put an end to this.

Michael: But how are we going to do that?

Kolro then gets up from his chair and grabs the book that He and Nathan found off the counter, and sits back down at the table.

Kolro: if it weren't for Nathan, I would still be looking for this book.

Nathan then made smiled at the compliment. Kolro then opens the book and points to a page.

Kolro: There's a stone similar to the Achyls stone called Elipis stone. Once they make contact with each other, the Elipis stone will shatter the achyls stone removing the protection that Vierick has.

Syd: Awesome! Now, where can we find this Elipis stone?

Kolro: it says here that it's located in a large monastery and even shows the map of where it is.

Samantha: Good, now we need to is for us to head our homes and prepare to go to this place because  I feel that it's not going to be like a walk in the park.
