"Karl, they killed her!"
The man frowned as he listened to his wife. He was regretting keeping it a secret.
Her hiccups and sniffles hammered at his metal heart.
"Who would have done such a thing?!"
He frowned.
"I don't know."
He didn't have the heart to tell her.
After a few more sobs she hung up the phone.
Karl ran his hands through his hair and tugged at it when he got to the ends. He needed to find Ethan and fast. If what Moreau told him is true, Ethan would continue to be a problem if he wasn't stopped.
He didn't trust Moreau to deal with the rat so he would have to do it himself.

The young woman wiped her tears before standing up from her kneeled position by the pile of ash.
The house was cold and the fireplace would most likely never be put to use again.
Angie would never irritate Karl again and she would no longer prattle about.
Y/N frowned as she surveyed the house, Angie was nowhere in sight. The young woman walked up and down the stairs, and all over the house. The doll was missing.
Whoever had killed Donna, had stolen Angie as well.
After taking a few more minutes to accept that Donna was dead and Angie was gone, Y/N grabbed another doll that Donna cherished and made her way out of the small cabin.
She started walking in a daze and didn't even notice when she crossed the bridge until she heard the neigh of her horse.
She sighed before climbing on top and starting her trip home.

He could sense her before he even saw her. The smell of sweet flowers wafting around the factory alerted him of her arrival but he knew that the smell was deceiving. Nothing was sweet about the mood she was currently in.
He made his way downstairs to the entry of the factory.
"Blossom?" he called out to her in concern.
"..."
The silence was alarming and he wondered if the smell was only his mind playing tricks on him. He decided to make his way around the factory in search of her, his legs eventually took him to her side of the factory.
