Chapter Four Taking My Baby Sister

Tice's Prov (Lynn's Vampire Brother)

I first met Lynn when she was only two months old. So tiny and fragile every time I was left alone with her she would giggle if I did something she found funny. She had always find a way to have me chase after her. For some reason she liked being chased every time I'd catch her she'd just giggle. You try staying mad at her it's nearly impossible. Lynn wouldn't play with stuffed animals or dolls she preferred toy trucks and plastic horses.

Those years went by to quick, watching her grow made me feel old. Well I'am old but I don't look like it though. Even when my father and his human mate was with us they watched Lynn and I play her favorite game which chase and toss. Valentine and Lynn's mother were happy that we get along.

The buzzing in my pocket was driving me nuts so I answered it. "What dad?" I asked in annoyance. "How close are you too Silver Creek?" Valentine my dad asked me. "What's wrong going away on business and need me to watch Lynn." I said accusingly. The last time he went away on business I couldn't protect both his mate and her daughter.

"Look I know that we have had our fights and stuff but I need you to make sure she is alright and safe." He said with a hint of worry. "Fine only for her." I said before haning up on him. Packing my stuff in a big blue green duffel bag and booking a flight to get to my baby sister. Yes I have adopted Lynn as my baby sister. The life she has in her touches those around her.

"Hello sir what can I get you?" A flight attendant asked while flashing me. "I want you to get the hell away from me." I responded to her. She huffed at me before swaying her hips as she walked away. I hope Lynn is nothing like this. If she is she won't like me for a long time. There is no sense in acting like a attention craving whore.

Calling her phone all I got was voice mail. That's when a bad feeling started eating at me. Getting off the plane I used my vampire speed to get me the rest of the way there since cars aren't fast enough. Once getting there the house was dark and to quiet. I didn't hear the sound of her beating heart or her even breathing. Her scent was mixed with those of werewolves.

Calling her phone again hoping it would pin point where she might be. Her phone went off in the woods behind the house. Her phone was laying on the ground face up. On the screen for my name on her id is "Bad Ass Bub," well I see she's into cussing already. "Dad she isn't here and the scent of mutt is everywhere in and around the house." I said soon as he answered the phone. "Track them down and bring her home Tice!" He commanded. "I'll find her but she's coming to live with me so I know she's safe." I snapped at him. "Son you can't pin this on me she had pepper spray and if she used it you can find her faster.

Taking a deep breath the smell of pepper spray filled my nose. Following that smell I eventually found their pack house. Right as I was about to go toward the front door Lynn came rushing out an a mutt hot on her heels. Pushing her behind me two mutts growled at me. "Get away from my sister prick!" The black haired boy said. "Get away from my mate blood sucker! The dark brown haired boy said. I laughed and said, "Keep your filthy paws off my baby sister and you will stay away from her." I said venomously.

"We won't have a fight break out here." A man said. "Lynn come here." The man demanded. Lynn hugged me but refused to move. I wrapped an arm around her before placing her on my hip like i use to when she was little. Neither of the three men standing there didn't like what they were seeing two shifted into their wolf forms. The one that claims to be her mate was slowly losing control. The one that claims to be her brother went for Lynn's leg to pull her away from me.

"Let go of my daughter Tice." The man said. I looked him dead in the eye. "So your the bitch that left and nocked up Valentine's mate!" I shouted at him. He looked down in shame as I stared him down. "I found Noria two days after that night. Noria knows about the mistake..." I cut him off by saying, "Lynn is not a mistake she is full of life! You don't deserve to see her let alone call her your daughter!" I yelled at him.

"Your hurting me!" Lynn whimpered. With the distraction she caused the two in wolf form jumped me. The one thst claimed to be her mate stood over her and bit into her neck. She screamed at the top of her lungs then passed out. He removed his teeth from her neck and dragged her away. All I could see was red throwing the bitch in to the sorry exuse for a father.

"Hey bitch!" I yelled at the werewolf dragging my sister. He looked at me before I knocked him out with a hit to the head. Can't believe he marked her like that. Ring Ring Ring! "Dad her biological father had her and her mate. He marked her Valentine." He was silent for a bit before giving me directions to where he was. He rushed to us an took Lynn out of my dodge charger 2016. One heck of a night and we are only just getting started.
