Dallas laid on the floor for hours, not finding the will to move.
"Sir? Sir? Sir, are you okay?" Dally heard, but it was muffled. "Sir?"
"Huh? Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine." Dallas lied. Dally wasn't fine and he knew that. He was in some much pain because he thought he hurt someone he truly cared about. He thought he deserved this pain.
"Sir, get up." The random man said.
Dally just laid there not wanting to get up. All he could think was that he deserved it.
"Son, get up, it's freezing outside. You're going to get a cold." The man said.
The man pushed Dallas onto his back to see if he was still alive, because of Dally not responding the man thought Dallas was dead.
"Leave me here." Dally finally responded. Dallas just wanted to be left alone, he had two broken knuckles and a black eye and a busted lip. And soon if he stayed out here any longer he would no longer be with us due to the falling temperature.
"I wouldn't be a good person if I just left you here like this." The middle-aged man stated while starting to bring Dallas to his feet.
"I said to leave me here, I deserve it." Dallas started falling back down again.
"No matter what you did, no one and I mean no one deserves to suffer this much and I am sure you're a good young man so please get up so I could bring you to the hospital to get your hands fixed."
Dallas gave in and got to his feet, but he wouldn't be able to keep his balance and the man knew that so he put his arm around Dallas' waist and put Dallas's arm around his shoulder and started to walk slowly.
"Keep it up son, we are almost to my car."
Dally was as cold as ice he couldn't move his hands at all. He was so cold he had trouble moving because there was no longer any warmth left in his body.
"We're here." The man said softly. "Alrighty, here we go." He said to Dally to give him some reassurance that he was in good hands. The man buckled him in and went back into the driver seat and got himself set.
The drive was quick but quiet. The man kept telling Dally not to worry and to try not to fall asleep.
Once they got there the man went straight in to go get some help because the way Dallas looked was not good. His face was turning blue due to the cold air, his fists would not stop bleeding and his heart was broken. Anyone would be able to tell he was going through some shit.
Straight away three nurses came with a stretcher and the man followed behind.
They brought him straight into a room with a bunch of nurses and doctors that started to try and clean him up. The nurse started to ask the man a bunch of questions like what happened to him, what's his name and how old is he.
He could only respond with an "I don't know anything about this poor boy I was just walking to my car the way I always go and I just saw him there with two big pools of blood around him coming from his hands."
"Okay." The nurse said softly and just walked back into the room where Dallas was.
