"Please exit the plane safely. Thank you for flying with Toucannon Airlines." The voice sounded throughout the airplane as everyone grabbed their bags and got off the plane. A moment later, Professor Sycamore appeared with the rest of the Master Class. Red and Ash got up and went with them as they exited the plane. They hadn't talked the rest of the flight, and Ash was fine with that. They got into a bus the professor had rented and it drove them to the Pokemon School.
The gang talked excitedly about all the things in Alola. Meanwhile, Carly was pondering on what she had heard in the plane on the flight there. She had just happened to be sitting by herself on seat behind Ash's. She hadn't mean to eavesdrop, but it just kinda happened. She could tell it was something personal and she didn't want to tell anyone about it because if Red found out, the Shadow Gang would be all over her, and if Ash found out..it would be worse. She wasn't sure if she wanted to tell her brother, because she knew he had such a blabber mouth, and he may say it in front of someone, even if unintentionally. So she decided to tell no one for now.
The bus arrived at the school and everyone got their luggage and got out. Principal Oak and Professor Kukui were waiting for them and greeted them as they walked up. "Hello Professor Sycamore and students! Welcome to the Pokemon School!" Professor Kukui welcomed.
The Master Class students, minus Ash, marveled at the place. "Thank you Professor Kukui!" Professor Sycamore turned to the Master Class. "Students, I want you to meet Professor Kukui, the professor of the Alola region, and Principal Oak, the principal of the Pokemon School." Professor Sycamore introduced.
Then a small group of students came out of the school. They immediately spotted the Master Class and headed towards them. When they got closer, a look of surprise came over their faces, and they looked like they were about to say something. But Ash put his finger to his lips and motioned them to be quiet. They continued over to the group. It was Professor Kukui's students, a.k.a the Ultra Guardians. While the professors and Principal Oak talked, the students made introductions, except the Shadow Gang who had disappeared somewhere.
"Ash!" the alola gang said, once the gang had gone off to talk, and Matt and Carly had walked a little ways away. "We didn't expect you back so soon!" Kiawe said. "Yeah! And we didn't know you went to school!" Mallow said. Ash gave small sort of smile. 'Where's Gladion when you need him?' he thought.
A moment later, there was a rustling as a few bushes parted and Gladion walked out with lycanroc and umbreon. 'Speak of the devil..' Ash thought. "Ash!" Gladion said, surprised, as he walked over. "Big brother!" Lillie said. "I didn't know you'd be back again this soon." Gladion said. He looked over to the groups of students scattered around the area and the professors and Principal Oak talking, and said, "You're with them, I suppose?" Ash nodded.
Then the gang came over. They started talking with the alola gang and Ash took this chance to slip away, followed by Gladion. "You know, we haven't seen any Ultra Beasts since you left." Gladion said. Ash half hid a smile. Necrozma was doing it's job well.
This reminded Ash of something he was told when he was in Ultra Space.
"There is a hidden island that humans don't know of. It is called Shinwa Island. It is a place where legendary, mythical, and undiscovered Pokémon live and rest."
'Maybe I'll go there since I didn't get to go last time.' Ash thought. "Hey! Ash!" Gladion said, pulling him out of his thoughts. "Your class is leaving." he smirked. Ash looked over to see the Master Class headed towards the school with the professors. Apparently, Principal Oak had left to do something else. The Shadow Gang was back too. Ash went to catch up with them, Gladion shouting from behind him, "See you!"
Ash caught up with the group as they entered the building. Professor Kukui gave them a tour of the whole school before showing them to a hall with doors on either side. They were dorms, and Professor Kukui gave them each a slip of paper with their room number and the people they were staying with. Ash looked at his
