Chapter 14

Hope POV

I know my family is going to be looking for me and honestly I'm kind of glad that they care, but I don't need them following me.

I went to a local bar because why not.

I sat there and had a couple of drinks and I got to thinking.

How could I leave hunter and not look back?

I'm in love with Josie, I don't understand why leaving brings so much pain. This is for the best right?

Who am I kidding? I'm never going to be able to leave Josie or hunter.

But I will sit here and drink my life away until I come to my senses and go back home.

Josie POV

After everyone left,
Mg and Lizzie stayed over to watch over hunter while I cried all night in my room.

The next morning I woke up to food that smelled absolutely amazing.

I tapped my hand over to the other side of the bed to see if Hope came back home last night and was just bluffing but she didn't. That made me cry again.

After crying for 30 minutes, I got up and brushed my teeth and washed my face.

If hopes not going to fight for this family, then I will.

I walked down stairs and saw hunter in his walker and we was bouncing up and down to the baby music Lizzie was playing.

"Oh hey sis, I decided to make everyone breakfast and then mg and I are taking hunter to the park so come get your breakfast and then go upstairs and relax" Lizzie says

She is really a great sister and I love her so much especially for this.

"Thank you, and I love you so much" I say

"Yeah yeah, I love you too. But you should get some rest" Lizzie says

"Has umm, Hope come by?" I asked

She looked at me and did a soft smile.

"I will keep you updated on that sis, you just eat and sleep" she says

Mg then came and picked hunter up.

"I am going to get my favorite godson dressed" he says
"He's your only godson mg" I say
"M.......g?" Hunter says

Mg got extra hyped.

"Yessss! Let's go! He said Mg before he said auntie Lizzie or mommy!" Mg says with a big smile

"He said mommy before he said Mg, but he was talking about Hope" I said with a smile but then immediately dropped it when I said hopes name.

"Oh, well I'm going to get this little man dressed. Now hunter say 'see you later momma'" he says in his baby voice
"Mo- m...ma" hunters says

"Ahhh! He says momma now? But not auntie Lizzie" Lizzie rolled her eyes

"Maybe he doesn't like you as much babe" Mg says

"Yeah yeah whatever. Just go get him dressed" Lizzie says

Mg walked upstairs and I sat down to eat.

Hope POV

I woke up in a bar, my headaches.

"See you're awake now" a familiar voice says
"Maya? What are you doing here?"  I Asked
