4|HER MAURDERERS

Her tired eyes moved around the room, stopping as they stopped on a familiar bed. She wandered closer, slipping under the covers and cuddled closer to the half asleep boy. He lazy draped his arm over her shoulders, pulling her in as she rested her head on his chest.

He mumbled a small 'good morning' to her before glancing at the clock beside his bed. He let out a deep sigh and relaxed deeper into the mattress.

"Did you sleep okay?" She questioned, looking up at him lazily.

"I slept amazingly." A voice answered from across the room. "Would have been better if you had been here to keep me warm, Queenie."

"She's mine now." Remus chuckled as he slowly sat up, bringing her up with him. "I don't see her in your bed."

"Wow." Sirius gasped in reply, dramatically overreacting. "You overcome a single full moon and now you think you can steal my lady."

"I think you're more upset by the fact that I'm in Remus's bed and not you." She teased, knowing about the looks the pair shared with one another. "Oh, the elves are currently making you breakfast. I went into the kitchen after my breakfast and found out they had already been asked to make you four some food."

"Wait, what?" James rubbed his eyes as he wandered over and sat on the edge of Remus's bed, checking on the boy. "Who would have done that?"

"I have a hunch." Willow smiled to herself as she thought about a certain black cat she had spotted on numerous occasions checking on the boys after a full moon. "But that's my little secret."

"Breakfast?" Peter quickly chimed in before James or Sirius would question her further.

Willow sat in the common room as the boys got dressed, ignoring the curious stares she received from her blue uniform. A smile stretched across her lips as she watched a familiar red head wander into the room.

"Willow!" Lily gasped with excitement, pouncing on to the girl as they fell back against the couch.

"I love some girl on girl action." Sirius laughed as he walked over to the pair, earning a high five from Willow. "How are you, Lily?"

"Good now that my best friend is here." The girl sat up, grinning at Willow as they side by side on the couch. "So, have a boyfriend yet?"

"Not all of us just have to breath and have a rich heir begging for you to look at them." Willow reminded the girl, laughing as she spotted the said heir making a beeline for his girlfriend.

"I'm an heir." Sirius suggested, wiggling his brows at her until James shoved him away from his sister.

"Funny." She winked at the boy before chatting away to Lily and Marlene as they waited for the last two boys.

Willow looped her arm through Remus's, the pair walking together down to the kitchen leading the way. She sat back against the counter, watching the hungry boys fill their stomachs.

"So, what's the next prank?" She spoke up after they had eaten, noticing the elves peering towards her at the mention of a prank. "Malfoy tripped me in potions yesterday's so I was hoping to get him back."

"What were you thinking?" Peter asked curiously, interested in what prank she was planning.

"The Malfoy family are a proud line of Slytherin's so how about turning his uniform a proud red for Grythindor." Remus suggested with a shrug, finishing his coffee with a content sigh.

"That's perfect, Moony." Sirius complimented his friend, patting his back as he sat down beside him.

"I can head to the library and research spells to make clothes stay a certain colour for a certain period of time?" Willow offered, glancing over at her brother to see his opinion. He nodded in agreement with her, sending her a proud smile.

"I'm off to go see Lily." James announced quickly, checking Remus one last time before leaving the kitchen.

"I'm going to head to the library." She said to the group, hopping off the counter with Remus following behind her. "How are you feeling?"

"I just wish wolfsbane was easy to come across and cheap." He sighed, keeping his voice low as they passed students wandering the halls. "Or easy to make."

"Let me try again." She pleaded with him. "I know I can get it right this time!"

"The last time you made wolfsbane I grew a tail and ears." Remus reminded her, shuddering at the memory.

"Yeah but Sirius couldn't stop touching you all day." Willow chuckled, nudging him teasingly.

"Shut up."
