16|GIRLS NIGHT

"I need a girls night." Willow burst into Lily's dorm, startling her as well as Dorcus and Marlene. "And I need it now."

"Come, sit." Lily grabbed her hand and pulled her further into the room, forcing her to sit on the rug in the middle of the room. "I'll grab alcohol. Dorcus, you're on music and Mar, we need snacks."

"On it." The two girls said in unison, rushing around the teary girl on the floor.

They met in the middle, forming a circle in the middle of the room. Lily opened a bottle of wine before passing it to Willow, letting her have the first swig.

"So, Hun, tell us everything." Dorcus reached over and squeezed the sad girls hand, reassuring her it was okay now.

"I don't know where to start." Willow chuckled, her laughter bitter sweet as she wiped the tears from her cheeks. "I was about to kiss Severus-"

"You and Severus Snape?" Marlene gasped in shock, cutting the girl off. "Sorry, please continue."

"Then James and the other boys showed up." She continued telling them, noticing how all their faces dropped at the mention of her brother. It was a well known fact around Hogwarts that James was highly protective of his sister. "And he ended up telling Sev how I used to help bully him and talk badly behind his back."

"That wanker." Lily cursed her boyfriend, knowing Severus well enough to know how damaging the pranks were to him.

"That's not what has got me all emotional." Willow sobbed, feeling another wave of tears. "It was the look in Sev's eyes. He was broken. I did that. I am a horrible person."

"Wills." The three girls threw their arms around her, comforting her as she cried.

"I need more wine." She lifted up the empty bottle, knowing Lily had a large stash of alcohol saved up. "And a time turner."

"I've known Sev a long time." Lily grabbed her hand. "If you truly mean something to him, he will see past what happened and will keep you close. I know that can be crushing as you have no idea what he will choose but I have seen you two grow and I know he won't want to lose you. Just give him space."

"Wow, I forget how wise you are." Dorcus stared at the red head with wonder before bursting into laughter.

"I know what will cheer you up." Marlene stood up, grabbing Willows hands and pulling her up as well. "When sad, dance."

The music gradually got louder, the sound of ABBA filling the room as the four girls danced like there was no tomorrow. A smile finally made its way on to Willows lips as Dorcus spun her around. They screamed the lyrics at the top of their lungs, enjoying their youth as the alcohol fueled their passion.

"I wish I could have almost kisses under the moonlight." Dorcus hummed wishfully as they all collapsed back on the ground. "But Severus Snape. I always thought you and Remus or even Sirius would end up having something."

"They are too much like brothers to me for anything to happen." Willow shrugged, never considering going after one of the maurderers. "Besides, I always did love the bad boys. Narcissa Black is lucky I like her or I might've stolen her man."

"Lucius Malfoy?" Lily snorted, refusing to believe her friend would consider dating him. "Wow, your taste has declined over the years."

"No, I kinda see it." Marlene added, thinking about the pale blonde boy. "But I would much prefer Regulus Black."

"I forgot about Sirius's younger brother." Willow nodded along as she remembered her brief encounters with the boy. "He is freakishly good looking. Both Black bothers are. Like, if I wasn't so close to Sirius and there wasn't so much family drama, I would want to be in a Black bothers sandwich."

"Seriously?" Dorcus grimaced as the image haunted her thoughts.

"I was gifted with three holes for a reason." She shrugged, laughing loudly as Dorcus gagged at her statement. "I like guys with long dark hair and deep trauma."

"We know." Lily joined in with her laughter, finishing another bottle of wine. "Also, that coat you dumped when you walked in here looks an awful lot like Severus's. I remember him wearing it at Slug Club."

"Shit." Willow cursed, glancing back at the black coat. "Now he has to speak to me."

"Hey." The red head went serious, reaching forwards and grabbing her hands. "Just remember, your biggest commitment must always be to yourself."

"You are far too wise for that much alcohol." She laughed louder, squeezing Lily's hands.
