12|FINAL SCHOOL YEAR
year 7
Her long brown hair swayed with every step she took, her textbooks pressed tightly against her chest as she wandered through the busy halls with Lily and Remus by her side.
Her green eyes met his, a light blush dusting her cheeks as she sent him a small smile. The two were going in different directions, too busy to get to class to stop and talk. The pair had barely spoken since the summer holidays, neither remembering what happened after their last drunken night. The nail marks on his chest and small bruises on her neck gave them a rough idea but both were too awkward to say anything.
Lily noticed the small exchange between her two friends, a smirk tugging at her lips as she questioned what exactly happened at the beach house.
The three walked into Transfiguration class, Lily leaving them to sit beside her boyfriend at the table behind them. Remus and Willow sat beside each other at their usual desk, excited to see what the curriculum was for their final year.
"So, how was your summer holidays?" Willow asked the bit beside her, noticing her brother and Lily were busy deep in their own romantic conversation. "I wish I had stayed with you boys but I had my own good time."
"You'll have to tell me later." Remus chuckled, curious to hear about her time with Severus Snape. "But me and Sirius spent most of the holiday together."
"Is that a blush I see?" She teased, nudging him as Professor McGonagall walked into the classroom, prepared to teach her students one last time.
Remus and Willow stayed quiet during the entire class, both too busy taking notes to pay attention to Lily and James talking about who's room they could sneak into at night. The class flew by quickly, the pair saying good bye to the couple as the headed to the library during their spare period.
"I can't wait for lunch." Willow whined, her stomach grumbling in reply as they sat down away from everyone. "I hope they make mince and potato pie today."
"Now you're making me hungry." Remus complained, holding his stomach as they flicked through their notes.
"We're on duty tonight, aren't we?" She questioned, beginning her essay that was due next week. "A bonus of my brother and your best friend being head boy is that we can be paired together for rounds."
"I still have no idea why Professor Dumbledore gave him the position." He nodded in agreement with her statement. "Everyone knows he will abuse it."
"I think it might be because he is leader of the Grythindor quidditch team." She shrugged, looking up from her textbook as she felt eyes on her.
Willow gave the boy a toothy grin, sending him a small wave as Remus spun around in his seat to see who had caught her attention.
"So, when are you going to spill the beans about you and Snape spending most of the summer holidays together alone at the famous beach house." He wiggled his eyebrows at her once Severus had walked away, following his friends.
"Nothing much happened." He raised a brow at her statement, refusing to believe it was true. "Okay, fine. We got drunk on the last night and when I woke up I was in my bed, bikini top on the floor with hickeys on my neck. When I saw him making breakfast, he was shirtless with obvious scratch marks down his chest."
"You had sex with THE Severus Snape?" Remus gasped, trying to keep his voice low incase the other maurderers were around.
"That's the thing, neither of us remember but I know nothing happened." Willow sighed, sitting back in her chair. "But now it's awkward when we talk and I can't get his shirtless body out of my mind. I need to have sex and fast."
"Well, you know where to find him." He winked at her, laughing as she groaned with frustration from the situation. "But I'm happy that you're happy. You deserve someone Wills, even if that someone is Snape."
"Thank you, Remy." She smiled up at him brightly, happy to have him as her best friend. "And I can't wait for you to admit to yourself that you have feelings for Padfoot."
"I like girls." He tried to argue with her but knew it was a loosing battle.
"So then you're bi." She shrugged, a knowing glint in her eyes. "There's nothing wrong with liking the same gender. Even I must admit I've kissed girls before and enjoyed it."
"Have I ever told you I love you?" Remus chuckled as he watched her deep in thought, thinking about the many games of spin the bottle that resulted in her kissing a girl.
"Shit, I think I kissed Lily before James ever did." Willow laughed causing Remus to quickly join in, the pair instantly getting shushed by the librarian.
