~Ben's POV~

"I'm looking for my kids but how did you know that?" The man asks.

How do I answer this without freaking him out?

"I'm Ben Stone."

"Ben Stone? As in the Ben Stone that was on 828?"

"Yes"

"I'm Mike and I need you to answer my question. How do you know I'm looking for my kids?"

I was about to answer until I got a call from Daly, the captain of flight 828.

I answer the phone.

"Ben, can we meet?"

"Sure, what's up?"

"It wasn't my fault. Everybody blames me for 828 but it wasn't me. I think I can prove it but I need your help. I'll come and get you to know. Where are you?"

"I'm at Central Park."

"I'm right around the corner from there. I'll be there in five minutes"

"Okay, bye," I say before I hung up.

"Listen I have to go," I say.

"No. You're not going until I find some answers"

"What if you came with me"

"Where are you going?"

"I have to help a friend. Right after I'm finished I'll help you look for your kids."

"Deal," he says while packing up his things.

~Violet's POV~

"So, Violet tell me about yourself," Grace says.

Cal is already at school and I'm sitting on the couch watching Tv. I think for a brief moment. What should I tell her? I obviously can't tell her about my powers. She'd probably kick me out. Maybe I should tell her about my parents.

"Well, before this whole 828 thing happened I lived with my mom, dad, and brother," I say mumbling the last part.

When Grace heard the last part she looked down and grab my shoulder comfortably.

"I loved my parents so much. Most of all I loved my dad. I loved my mom too but she just didn't understand me. We didn't really see eye to eye. My dad was my favourite person. He just understood me. When I first started school I had no friends because I was afraid to talk to anyone. So whenever my mom dropped me off at school I would wait until she drove away so I could go far away from school. I would climb into this tree and just sit in there all day just drawing. I did this for about three weeks. The school called my mom and my mom found out. She just yelled at me and grounded me. She didn't even bother to ask why I was cutting school. My dad cared though. He asked and when I talked he listened. He made me feel special."

"Well do you know where your dad is now?"

I paused for a moment. Where is my dad?

~Ben's POV~

"Do you know the worst thing about being the captain of a plane that disappears for five and a half years is?"

"No, what is it?" Mike says while sitting in the back seat.

"I would say the loss of time like the rest of us," I say.

"No, it's that everyone blames you for what happened."

"How can they?" Mike spoke.

"Yeah, no one even knows what happened that night," I say agreeing with Mike.
