Well. All I had to do was go there and refuse their offer, that was the plan but my stupid ass ended up saying yes. While I was packing my stuff I got a call from April saying that yesterday, her husband has begun moving the remaining operators to their new base and that we were the only ones left also they will be picking me up. I already took care of everything and I told my landlord that I won't be coming back. An hour later April and her husband finally came I met them outside the building.
"Are you sure you are not leaving anything behind?" April asked me, I noticed she was in the back seat with her baby
"Yes, I'm sure. Don't worry about it!" I said, I took my seat right next to my boss, Six.
"I am sorry Six but where are we heading now?" I asked him
"First to the airport then to Greece, there is our new base and please... Call me Harry," Six said
"He is not gonna call you Harry, honey," April said
"You got that right," I agree with April. I see Six as my new Boss and calling him Harry it's just weird... it's like back in Cerberus, my father was the leader but I didn't call him Dad
"I'm not sure it's going to be easy for me to leave the country..." I said
"Don't worry, our flight is private so you won't have any problem at all," Six said, hearing him saying that made me feel relieved, the last thing I want is for the wrong people to find out that I'm alive
"I was wondering what was the point of giving me the tour for the installations if we were going to move to another base?" I asked
"You wanted to see the place, the idea was to take you to Harry right away," April answered
"So I just wasted my time," I said
"Pretty much yeah, But hey! you got to spend more time with Ela," April said. I rolled my eyes at her comment
"Any idea what to expect?" I asked. I prepared myself mentally for our base here in England, I was not expecting to leave the Country
"Don't worry, the base is pretty much the same. The only difference is the location and a few other things, I'm sure you'll get familiar with the place in no time," Six said
"This will be a new experience for the both of us," April said, I assumed because her husband leads all this I thought she would know but I guess April is just as clueless as I am
Saturday, July 8, 2017 Region of Elis, Greece
When we arrived in Greece the procedure to enter the country was easier thanks to Six, after retrieving our luggage we were taken to the base. On our way to the base, I saw a massive housing complex next to a Stadium. Six told me that the entire area is Rainbow's property and that this is the project he calls "The Program" he says all the training and equipment will be in the Stadium while we rest on the complex next to it, the cafeteria is also in the complex also the R&D Lab will be on the other side of the Stadium. When we parked Six himself led me through the complex to my room, he told me to settle in then meet with him at the Stadium bleachers. When I entered the room I was shocked... I was not expecting the room to be this huge.
