Author's Note: This is how we are starting this chapter!
"What part of staying out of trouble you didn't understand!" After a long day of work, I was heading to my room when I came across April and Six. She began the conversation by slapping me across the face.
"I-" I was planning to defend myself but she interrupted me by slapping me again in the face
"Don't bullshit me! I heard about your encounter with 'NIGHTHAVEN' you hit Kali and almost broke Osa's wrist," April shouted at me
"Kali was insulting me and Osa tried to punch me," I said
"That doesn't give you the right to act the way you did. I expect that kind of behavior from anyone else but not from you. You are big and strong to be playing with kids such as NIGHTHAVEN," April said. While April was telling me off I was just nodding at everything she was saying until Six finally decided to speak
"Ok, I think he got it, April," Six gently puts his hands on his wife's shoulder
"Ok (y,n). You are having your first mission the day after tomorrow, I just need to narrow some details and you'll be good to go. I told Elena about it and said that you will be getting ready for the mission so you are free to train and prepare yourself," Six said and after a few minutes, they left. I sat down on a bench and began questioning my life choices when I heard her voice again.
"Seems like you had fun back there," Ela said as she approached me
"How did you hear?" I asked her
"Aside from the sound of April hitting your face, which was like music to my ear by the way. Seems like you are going on your first mission," She said
"It's going to be my first one in ten years... and well my last mission didn't go well so... let's say I'm having my doubts," I said. I lower my face and sighed
"Want to talk about it?" Ela asked me. I gave her a confused look, I was not expecting that to come from her
"Are you feeling alright?" I asked her concerned
"You know what? Forget I asked," Ela said as she stood up. As she began walking I lower my face again and began thinking but then she spoke again
"Harry gave you a day to train. If you want... I'll help you out," Ela said. I looked back at her
"You look better when you are at your best, seeing you all worked up about something is pathetic..." She said then turned around and kept walking
"I expect you to be early at the stadium," She said. I was shocked to see this side of her, she is being nice again... I liked it.
Sunday, July 9, 2017 April Lawrence PoV
I woke up early today because of (y,n). My husband told me to keep an eye on him while he takes care of Drake, tomorrow's mission seems to be important by the way he sounded so I'm gonna make sure (y,n) is ready for it. After taking a bath I put on a red shirt, black jeans, and black sneakers then headed out. I went to wake up (y,n) at his room later to find out that he wasn't there, I went to look for him and found him at the stadium, he was running some laps while two operators were jogging. Those two I think are Seamus and Brianna. (Y,n) kept running even after Seamus and Brianna stopped jogging, I even saw them trying to keep up with him but they got tired fast.
