~Rowan's P.O.V~
"Rowan, Rowan wake up sweetie" I hear a strange voice say to me. I slowly open my eyes.
"W-where am I?" I say nervously.
"You're in the nurses office dear" the lady says to me. "He'll explain what happened" she says motioning to a boy sitting in the far end of the room. I can't make out who he is though. He approaches me.
Oh my god.. It's him..
"Hello Rowan, my name is-" I cut him off.
"PEYTON! YOURE ALIVE?!" I scream in his face as I jump into his arms and kiss him. He looks shocked and delighted at the same time.
"Yeah I'm alive" he says laughing "but you're the one who got hurt, not me. And why did you kiss me? Have we met before?" He asks is confusion.
"What do you mean have we met before? You're my boyfriend.. I thought.." I say quietly. I'm heart broken right now. "Oh Peyton, did you lose your memory after the car accident..?" I say in between tears.
"Car accident? What are you talking about?" He says laughing even harder.
"I think I can help you two out here" the nurse lady says. "Rowan must have had a dream about you Peyton. And since she was unconscious, it seemed all real to her." She says chuckling.
"Oh that explains it." He says laughing. "Well thank you Nurse Jane, I'll take her out now." He says taking my hand and walking me out of the office.
"Where's Sabrina and Bradley?" I ask.
"Who's Sabrina? And I don't know where Bradley is. How do you even know him?" Peyton asks confused.
"Sab and Brads aren't dating..?" I ask
"No." He says laughing again.
"So you don't know who I am at all?" I ask.
"Nope" Peyton says.
"So what happened to me..?" I ask. "Why was I knocked out?"
"Well I was trying to get away from this senior kid and I wasn't looking where I was going and I knocked you down and you hit your head.. I'm so so sorry.." He says looking at the ground. It's all coming back to me now. It's still the first day of school, I was leaving English class and that senior tried hitting on me so Bradley stepped in, then we all got in a huge fight, Bradley and I both got detention, and when I was walking to my next class some dude (Peyton) trampled me. So.. everything with Sab and Bradley, and Corey and.. Me and.. Peyton.. It was all a dream? None of it was real? I'm kind of relived.. I can start fresh with Peyton. None of the drama was real. Me and Peyton have a clean slate. Though I am sad that Sab and Bradley aren't really together..
"It's alright." I say as I give him a smile.
"So uh.. About your little dream.. We were boyfriend and girlfriend..?" He says blushing. How cute.
"Yeah.." I say with a grin.
"Well, if you would like to, we could go get coffee after school and you can tell me all about it? I can bring Bradley and you can bring that Sabrina girl because, I'm sure they'd wanna hear it too" he says with a smile.
"That sounds great actually. So, it's a date?" I ask
"Definitely." He says
Peyton takes my hand and we walk to class together. This is the start of something beautiful.
I just know it.
