Jen clenches her jaw and takes a shallow breath, "I know, Jethro. I regret not coming back to the States with you, but what the past is over and done with. So either you focus on what you have in the present, or dwell on what you had in the past. When you make a decision let me know, I'll be waiting."

Jen closes the door softly and exits the house on her own. Jethro watches as her car pulls away. Jethro dramatically falls back onto the bed and daydreams of Prague, his favorite of all the cities in Europe. Ah, Prague, such a magical time. That morning he calls Abby, "Abs, meet me at the office. It's urgent."

"Gibbs, it's a Saturday," Abby answers.

Jethro answers, "Office. Now."

Abby sighs and gets ready for the office. Jethro quickly changes into his casual work attire and heads towards the office. Abby is exactly on time, which is always 5 minutes late. ABby notices nobody else is in, "Where is everybody, Gibbs?"

"I need your help," Gibbs stands up from sitting at his desk.

Abby asks, "It had to involve the office?"

Gibbs ignores her comment and continues, "What I am going to say is top secret. Never to be told to anyone."

"I know what top-secret means," Abby sits in Ziva's chair.

Jethro takes a big breath, "Director Shepard and I spent the night together last night." Abby's face lights up with a big smile while Gibbs continues, "I love her, Abs. I do. And I want to propose. I know I've been through this 4 times before, but... she makes me feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. Please, Abby, you gotta help me make this perfect."

"Aww, Gibbs. That's so sweet. I have a perfect idea," Abby rips out a piece of paper and starts going over her master plan. She mentions, "Sometimes I get really bored in my lab, so I plan proposals and weddings for people in the office. I have the perfect proposal for you and her!" Jethro sits back and watches Abby do her magic.

After an hour and a half of Abby talking, and drawing diagrams and charts, she is finished. Gibbs is in awe. Gibbs leans forward, takes the papers, and reviews them quickly, "Abby this is perfect!"

Gibbs mutters, "I take her out to her favorite fancy place to eat, have a violin come and play, then pop the question! It's perfect Abs, thank you!" He kisses her cheek and heads towards the elevator, "See you on Monday!"

"That's it?" she asks as the elevator doors close. She says to herself, "I could have done that at my house." Abby skips out of the NCIS office.

Jethro spends the rest of the day making reservations, but something doesn't feel right. He stops and draws his reservations to a halt. He thinks, 'Is this tacky?', 'This just doesn't feel right.', and 'What should I do that will be like no other proposal anyone has ever done?' He flops on his bed when his phone rings. He tosses his vibrating phone in the trash bin. As the phone hits the paper in the wastebasket, he thinks of another master plan. This time it's the master plans of master plans. Jethro reaches for his phone in the wastebasket. He cancels the reservations he has already made and doesn't get the deposit back on the violinist, but who cares because he is going to outdo himself.

He calls several airlines, hotels, and car companies. Gibbs finds what he is looking for within 30 minutes of canceling the first few reservations. Jethro has his plan in action. He runs out to his car where he speeds over to Jen's. He knocks on the door and hears children running. Jen opens the door, "Jethro... Now isn't really a good time, I-"

He pushes past her towards the kids. Ashley and JJ start sprinting towards Jethro, "Daddy!" They run up to him and hug him.

JJ asks Jethro, "Wanna see my Legos?"

"Absolutely, just let me talk with your mom real quick okay?" Jethro pats him on the head and sends them to another room.

Jenny speaks up, "They didn't take their naps today so they are especially crazy-"

Jethro holds out two airplane tickets, "I choose you. Our past is the past, I can't change that. But I can control the future. Whatcha say?"

"Jethro we have children and jobs, I can't just-" Jen is cut off by his answer.

Gibbs responds, "Talked with Laura, don't ask how, and I called the big boss, he says you deserve a few days off."

Jen is speechless, "I have no words." Jethro raises his eyebrow for an answer, Jen answers, "I do deserve a break don't I?" She looks at the tickets, "Amsterdam? That was our first part of the tour in Europe! It was my absolute favorite!"

"I know. We gotta tell the kids, then get you packed. We leave at 1500," Jethro winks and speaks up for the children. They explain what is going on, they seem excited to hang out with Laura some more. Jen packs her bag hastily and packs 5 of every type of clothing. She is just so excited. Gibbs asks, "You ready?"

"Ready as I'll ever be," Jen answers.
