Sorry I haven't updated my story for a long damn time... It's my wifi's fault.

"Roderick, snap out off it!", I yelled at the top of my lungs. He keeps on laughing for no reasons, like a cracked kid. I continued to back off and finally reached the wall.

Damn it. He did it. He cornered me.

He slowly approached me with a devilish look on his face. I could feel my heart beating really fast, and my stomach twisted. I'm going to die here. I thought. My eyes went wild looking around for an object or an exit out of this goddamn basement. Bingo. Found a half opened vent few metres from me. Roderick reached his arm out infront of me, to grab my throat and rip it open. I dived towards the vent and squeezed myself through the cold steel walls of the vent. I could feel myself sweating heavily and my heart..It beats so hard that it could break my sternum.

"Where are you Thomas?", Roderick raised his voice, and made me even more terrified. I crawled my way through the vent and found myself in another room. The boiler room. It was quite dark, but there was a little amount of moonlight shining from the small window helps to light up my view. I made my way across the room and found a door to the stairs. Thank heavens.

So without wasting time, I ran upstairs and found myself in the kitchen. I continued to run across the long creepy corridor and finally reached the dining room. Then I saw a full length window. I could try to smash the glass pane, I thought. But that would be stupid. The glass is too thick. Time for the front door. Then I felt a strange and unknown force grabbed me by my ankle, and pulled me. I fell down with a thud. I struggled to get up, but everytime I stood up, the force slammed me onto the floor.

I gasped hard for air and breathed heavily. After abundant of times I've struggled, lactic acid started to build up in every muscle, causing my body to cramp up. "Please, let me go! Why are you doing this to me?", I screamed with a trembling voice.

Suddenly the atmosphere toned down and the front door of the mansion squeaked open.
