The Hybrid King, The Rise of the Kingdoms

Chapter Sixteen

Looking out at Raven City from my apartment bedroom window. Watching the rain pouring down on this city. Thinking about a story that begins thirty-eight years ago.

A Man and Whore had a night together. Three months after their night together, the Whore found out she was pregnant. The life of a whore wasn't easy, especially for pregnant whores. Fear of what will happen to her child, she set out to find this Man.

When she was eight months pregnant, she found the Man. He lived in a small town called Dark Wood, newly wedded to his wife. His wife was three months pregnant with their first child. The Whore told the Man she was pregnant with his child. Asking him to give their child his last name and a home. The Man denied her request. He couldn't accept his bastard child. He gave her a little money and sent her on her way.

She knew she couldn't go back to Raven City. For fear of what could happen to her child. Wondering around on the Dark Wood roads, a different Strange Man appeared. He offered the Whore an opportunity. He was willing to marry the Whore. To give her unborn child and her a place to live. In return, he wanted her child to be known as his and use his name. With a broken heart and spirit, the Whore agreed.

Getting married that night, the Stranger took the Whore to his home inside a trailer park. Over time, the Whore found out this was no ordinary trailer park. But a trailer park fill with supernatural assassins that used dark magic. The people called themselves Witch Hunters.

Discovering and learning about this supernatural world. The Whore asked her husband why he wanted her child. The Stranger replied she wasn't caring for a regular human baby. She was carrying a child from a powerful dragon shifter. He wanted the child to have his name so the child could be the next leader. The Stranger was tired of watching his people be killed by the supernatural. He was tired of keeping the supernatural world in order. With the power of this child, he could use the child. To get rid of the supernatural world so his people could live normally.

Time passed by, and the Whore gave birth to a son. With how harsh the birth was, the Whore passed away. The Stranger raised the Boy as his own. Teaching the Boy everything there is to know about being a Witch Hunter. With a little more time, the Boy grew into a man. The Stranger that raised the Boy was dying from old age. He needed the Boy to take his place as the leader. For this to happen, the Boy needed to take his first life from someone to awaken his dragon side.

The thing about dragon shiftier's they can't shift into their dragons. Until they take their first life, therefore the Stranger needed the Boy to do this. So the Boy could be a stronger leader to lead the Witch Hunter out of this life. The Stranger sent the Boy to kill a Man. Telling the Boy he was an evil dragon shiftier that ruled the land.

The Boy went to kill this Man, but when he got there. He learned that the Man that lived in this town was his birth father. Now the Boy understood why the Stranger wanted him to come to kill the Man. For not being evil but for what this Man did to the Boys Mother.

The Boy realized he couldn't kill the Man. Even after what the Man did to him and his Mother. But the Boy could take his wife's life instead. To make the Man feel the pain the Boy felt without having a Mother. Taking a knife from his boot and plunging. A knife into the Man Wife stomach. Thinking he killed the Wife. The Boy took off into the night.

Sixteen years later passed. The Boy became the leader of the Witch Hunters. For the previous leader passed away. Taking a Witch Hunter female for his wife, giving him children. One son and two daughters she gave him. Now that he had a family. He realized he wanted the supernatural world gone.
