[P.O.V. Adriana Braxton]

My heart is pumping so hard my lungs are trying to catch up with it. They carved some weird ancient writing into the leather straps. Also along the sides of the steel table. Raina warning me that this man is an evil warlock. That this ancient writing kept his powers locked up.

"What job?" Asking the man in a small and almost squeaky voice.

"To only talk to the Luna of this pack." He says really calmly, too much for my liking.

"Why?.." My body is filling with unsteadiness.

"That is what my Dark Prince commanded."

"Dark Prince?.."

"Alexander Parr." Just hearing that name gave me the goosebumps. Raina warning me we should leave.

"And what does your Dark Prince want?" Asking the man trying to be courageous.

"To tell you the truth."

"What truth? I already know what's going on."

"You might know what is going on, but do you know the truth? About who you and your Mate truly are?"

"What are you talking about?" He was starting to really confuse and piss me off. Giving him a puzzled look.

"Oh my, She doesn't know who she or who her Mate truly is." The other prisoners laugh evil-like laughs. It echoed on the walls.

"Shut up! If you know, then why don't you tell me already!" Damn, he's really annoying me. The laughing died down. He swallows hard from the dryness of his throat.

"Have you ever heard the story. About how the Moon Goddess choose her King?"

"Yes, what about it?"

"Remember the part that mentions that they will be reborn?"

"What remained of the Kingdom, the Moon Goddess promised that the King and Queen. Would be reborn into a new era. That they will rise again to rebuild the Kingdom.. When they do, they will be stronger than their enemy, powerful enough that they will bring their enemy down." Kat's words ringed in my head.

"What about it?" Asking with irritation.

"Think about it..." Thinking about what he's talking about. I couldn't understand what he was talking about.

"Let me give you some clues, listen well, for I will not repeat it... Five small Kingdoms will protect the heart of all the Kingdom. Six Kings will rise with a Queen by his side who has purple eyes. All six kings will face the Darkness, and only then will the higher King be chosen. Only the higher King will rule the heart of the Kingdom. Including the other Five Kings and their Kingdoms. But if all six Kings shall perish from the Darkness, then the Kingdom belongs to the Dark. As the Darkness takes over the land, the Queen's will turn dark, and only Five can rule the other Five small Kingdoms. With leaving the Sixth to be the Dark Queen of the heart of the Kingdom."

"That not a clue! It's a damn riddle!" Getting frustrated with this man.

"Think about it! You stupid bitch! I'm losing my patience with you!" He yells back at me.

It took everything to keep Raina from taking control and shredding him apart. Fisting my hands into a fist and huffing out my breath. Thinking about the riddle he gave me. After taking some time to think bout what he said. Everything made sense, the feelings that I feel I couldn't even describe besides realization.

"Ah.. that the look I was waiting for the moment you realize what is truly going on."

"It can't... I can't be...Your lying!" Everything is so overwhelming right now.
