The size, the beauty, the level of grandness that lay in front of me made me gasp. It was a GIANT palace, of all white marble all around, everything was made of it. The numerous towers, the walls, the balconies, the picnic tables in the garden, the ornate benches under the flowering trees. And it was embellished with black marble everywhere, the arches of the giant doorways, the windows, the balconies, the edges of all benches and seats, the edges of... literally everything! It was the most beautiful piece of architecture the teenage me had ever seen.

And the gardens, the GARDENS! There were flower beds everywhere, with the most exotic of flowers growing in them, most of which I have never ever seen or heard of before. Flowers in every colour of the rainbow, and even outside that range, and it wasn't even spring yet. The trees were in every corner of every segment of the garden and you could touch their leaves from the rose coloured cobblestone pathways. A tiny flight of stairs led down from the path into each of those segments. The trees, some of them had flowers, others exotic fruits, and some just leaves.

It was just... a very mind blowing sight for me in those moments, and I was yet to go inside the palace.

Soon a lady who seemed to be a vampire came out of the main doorway and led me inside. Inside was as interesting as the outside, giant glass windows lined every corridor in the labyrinth of the giant palace. Finally after crossing at least fifteen of such corridors which zig zagged so much that I could have never remembered all by myself even if I tried, we reached the location of the tea party, a ball room.

As I entered it, I realised it was even more extravagant than the palace I've seen and imagined, like ever. Everything was rose gold, the hand painted wallpaper with tiny climbing roses all over it, to the crystal chandelier. All the cutlery was crystal too. The seats were a plush leather in the colour of wine, which stood out as a nice contrast, making it feel even more royal.

I just couldn't stop admiring the room's setup, but then the servants announced her entry.

I realised that even though I knew Aaron was royal...I had no idea who he actually was. Till this point.

I was going to meet Aaron's mother. And the whole vampire kingdom's Queen.
