“As you walk through that door I quickly felt the world got slower. Then suddenly shinning light surrounds on you and for that moment my heart starts pumping too fast while my mind covers only with your face. For an instant there, I fall in love with you.”

My love!

I repeatedly calling her and hoping that the next call I would made she would open her eyes that I’ve been waiting for such a long time ago.

*inhale* *exhale*

“I think you should get some rest for a while, Kyle.”

I stare back at the door where I saw Nica and Leonard entered the room. I smiles at them.

“Is it your turn?”

“Yeah! We told to Uncle and Untie that we’ll take care of Jade since that they also need some rest.” Leonard answered.

“So, you too need to rest!” Nica commented that I just smiled.

“I’ll stay here for a whi–––”

“No!” Nica said and quickly grab my arm and push me towards her husband. “Leo, get him out of here and,” she stares at me from foot to head. *sighs deeply* “Give him some food to eat then bring him home, so that he could change some cloths!” it ordered and if she’s like that I couldn’t do anything but to follow her and let her take care of Jade for now.

“It’s been ten years since you waited for her return, Kyle.” Nica spoke to me and I keep listening. “Are you still going to wait till she awakes from her coma?”

I stare at her and as what I read from her eyes, they were all the same. Telling that it was too impossible for Jade to wake up since she got into coma! But he did not believe it so, because he know and feels that Jade is just sleeping from a long dream. And for that, he is ready to wait until she could wake up from her dream! That he still doing until this day!

“I know and feel that she’ll awake so soon.” I answered truthfully.

*she sighs* “Anyway, if that’s what your decision then I would not force you not to believe.” It said. “Ten years... it was a very happy day, the day of her first collage year but she didn’t experience it since that accident happens.” It sadly said that I do agree as we both look at the mirror where we could see Jade laying in bed.

“I know she could hear us,” I said then I smiles. “I would gladly welcome her soon she–––” *paused*

“Kyle!” I heard Nica called me out and she even shakes me but I couldn’t move nor speak or even think as I watch Jade’s body tremendously shaking and as I watch her pulse rate at the monitor it’s getting weaker and weaker.

I really don’t know what was going on at that time and I really don’t know how I end being on her side even though all the doctors telling that to stay away from Jade. But I didn’t go away not until I could say this word to her before I fall.

*whispered* *a single sound of the machine* *straight line at the screen* *zero numbers*

(One year later)

It’s been one year since I lost something so important in my life but as the darkness covers my life a new light comes in! The thought of losing my heart pumping, the thought of losing my soul, the thought of losing my senses, the thought of losing my mind and the thought of losing my life is isn’t what I fear back then. It is losing the only person I learned to love so much!

The only person that I thought that I would not live if she’s not in my side...

The only person that I thought that I would not go forward if I won’t able to see her...

The only person that I truly and honestly care and love the most, more than my life!

Life is full of challenges! Full of different journey! Full of dreams to hold on and dream on and on! Full of mystery that hard to believe but it faces you straight that you would believe! A truth that hurts! A truth that ease! Rather to accept or not! Still keeps moving on till the end! Because this is how much deep we love each other till the end.
