Another two days later, Sam finally had the courage to talk to Deena. So, when Deena and Amy walked up to her locker and saw Sam, Deena was surprised. "Hey..can we talk?" Sam asked. Deena nodded, "I'll see you later" she told Amy and followed Sam to the janitors closet.
It was quiet at first. Sam couldn't look at Deena. Not that she didn't want to, but..she didn't want to start crying. She's done enough of that already. "Sam.." Deena started, but Sam cut her off. "Look..I'm glad that you and Amy are friends, I am, but..I feel like..we're drifting apart..ever since she came, everything's about her..I mean, you've blown me off about four or five times because you had plans with her. All I want is for my girlfriend to look at me..and hold me..and kiss me. It's been about two or three weeks since she came and I already feel like you don't want me anymore" Sam said, turning her body so that Deena couldn't see the tears streaming down her face.
"Sam.." Deena sighed as she slowly walked to her, but Sam scooted away from her. "No, I just..I can't..you're making me feel crazy..and insane..I feel like I don't even know you" Sam said, wiping her tears before walking out of the closet. Deena stood there for a few minutes before walking out.
Sam walked to the bathroom, making sure that no one was in there before sliding against the wall and to the floor. She didn't feel like going to any of her classes today. She just felt like crying all day. She felt exhausted and hurt. These past few weeks..she just wanted to stay in her room and never come out.

Later, after school. Kate, Ashley, and Simon all went to Sam's. They just wanted to make sure that she was okay, plus..Deena was with Amy and they're all tired of Amy. "Thank you for coming, but-" Kate cut Sam off, "you're clearly not fine, Sam. Deena hurt us too, but..not as much as it is hurting you. I mean, you skipped all of your classes today" Kate said.
Sam sighed as she let them in. They went to Sam's room, her parents weren't home which was good. Sam laid down on her bed, "I just..wish that Amy never came into our lives..I miss having Deena around.." she said.
"We all miss her, Sam. She just..chose Amy" Simon sighed. "But she's my girlfriend..or was..I don't even know anymore" Sam said.
"I have a plan" Kate said.
