I opened the door and let's just say I was taken aback by the view.
And there they were Jamie,Lottie,
Ellie and Anastacia laying on the floor, tied up. By the looks of it they weren't even trying to escape, I really hoped that was their plan because it didn't really look like it.
Ingrid and Julius on the other hand, were just standing there , waiting for something , or should I say someone?
I didn't even get the chance to step in the room when I was knocked down by Julius . He took the sword out of my hands and gave it to Ingrid, pinning me down. I kicked him in his stomach with my elbow and managed to break free. I immediatly got on my foot and turned so I was facing him.

I made eye contact with him and that's when it hit me. Julius wasn't looking at me that day because he was suspecting me being a partizan. He was trying to find out who I am. And by the looks of it , he just did.
Let's just say we know eachother. . .well .
"Julius what's happening there?" Ingrid asked approaching us
He didn't say anything , too caught up in the moment. But we didn't have time for emotional encounters.
I tried to reach for Ingrid but Julius made me trip, taking me by surprize.
Ingrid immediatly got hold of me and pinned me to the wall, keeping my hands behind my back so I wouldn't be able to break free from her grip.

A/n: Am I the only one getting deja-vu?😭

She streched her hand and grabbed one of her knives, which was on the floor.
"Touch her and you're dead"
Jamie said
"Oh please!" Ingrid and I said in the same time
". . ."
They all looked puzzled at me
"No need to act like you give a damn Jamie"
". . ."
"Princess, don't you think it's time to choose by whose side are you ?" she asked me
"Easy. . .theirs"
"Your loss princess"

She grabbed me by my hair and pulled me up:
"Tie her Julius"
He didn't move
"I said tie her!"
"I said don't touch her!" Jamie shouted
"Don't you dare hurt her Julius!"Lottie joines in

He ignored them , grabbed the ropes and moved towards me.
I tried to escape from Ingrids grip which was now on my neck, but she was too strong
He tied my legs and my hands, not looking me in the eye.
"Julius. . .please" I whispered, maybe too loud because Ingrid heard me
"What's happening over there? Make her shut up Julius, or I will."
"I'm sorry " he whispered , finally looking me in the eyes and taking a good few steps away from me
"Please Julius! I know you are not as evil people think you are!" I said,this time louder
"No. I'm much worse."
The door opened and we all turned only to se Saskia smiling devilishly at us, holding a werid looking Percy :
"Missed me ?" she asked smirking , before locking the door shut
"You coward" Anstacia said through greeted teeth
"Hello to you too"
"I thought you changed"
"Trusting me was your decision and proving you wrong is mine."

A/n: I swear I didn't steal that line from Patrick

"Aah , finally! Our pet is here "
Ingrid said aproaching Percy

He wasn't moving or blinking , he was just standing there , staring at the wall. Looking lifeless.

"It was too easy"
"What have you done to him?"
Ellie asked her
"What are you going to do with us?"
Lottie asked afraid
"Now princess, I would tell you my evil scheme but that would be dumb.
But I'm gald you asked Ellie. Percy was our first big succes. His deafness make him an easy target, so it was easier for us to use the formula and control him" Ingrid responded proud of herself
". . ."
"We also knew that it'll be easier to bring you to us "
"What do you mean bring us to you?" I asked
"Do you all think that it was just a happy coincidence that the Sperion was hosted at the Tompkins manor?
Do you think we tested the formula at Rosewood only? Do you think we left you unsupervized since you arrived here? " Ingrid asked us and started laughing
". . ."
"They'll be very happy we managed to caught the princess and her pretty little partizan"
Why were they so interested in Jamie ?
"Oh and I almost forgot . . . and who are you princess?" she asked standing over me
"Like I'm going to tell you." I said and rolled my eyes
"I don't like your attitude princess. You'll have to tell me or I'll use this pretty little sword of yours on your friend and her partizan"
"Don't tell her!" Lottie said
"Looks like we are starting with you princess " Ingrid said and sliced her cheek with my sword
Lottie flinched but didn't say anything
Suddently Anatacia started screaming .We all turned to look at her
"SHUT UP !" Ingrid said
She didn't stop
" I said SHUT.UP." she saidand kicked Anstacia in her stomach, making her cry out in pain
"Not so talkative anym-"
But Ingrid didn't have time to finish her sentance because Saskia's fist made its way to her face
Julius made his way to Saskia and kncoked her down

That's when the fight began
They weren't focusing on us anymore, giving me time to take the knife out of my shoe and cut the ropes around my arms , and then the ones around my legs.
I grabbed my sword and threw it to Ellie, while I made my way to Anastacia untying her
A horrbile scream was heard and I turned just in time to see how Julius lift Saskia up and threw her on the floor
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER!"
Anastacia said and sped towards him
I went to Jamie amd started cutting his ropes :
"What did you mean by that?" he asked me
"By what?"
"Oh I don't know, maybe the whole 'Jamie don't act like you care ' thing?"
"I meant what I said and that's it"
". . ."
"What are you doing there princess?"
I gasped, Ingrid dragged the sword across my right hand and then pushed it in, I watched as it pierced through my skin . Crying out in pain , I was left on the floor now, clutching my hand.
"Y/N!" Lottie screamed when she saw me
"I-It's ok Lottie, don't worry" I said trying to hide my pain
She didn't look so convinced.

Lola , who wa free now, made her way to the door .
"Julius!The door!"
But he didn't make it in time beacuse Lola already unlocked it and ran away to get help. Ellie tried to follow her
" Na-a-a, you are not going anywhere"
"Oh? Is that so?" Ellie asked and punched her
"Quick Y/n go-. . .Y/n!Oh no!"
"I'm fine Ellie" I said trying to stand up
"No no no, wait for Lola to get help, you can't fight in this state!"
"How did you manage to escape?"
Julius asked and grabbed her from behind
"No!Let.Me.Go!"she started punching the air
While he was tying Ellie back, Ingrid was doing the same with Anstacia
Saskia was on the floor, blood dripping from her head
I was the only one free but I couldn't move, it hurt too much.
But I was there last chance, so I stood up , grabbed my sword from the ground and made my way to Ingrid. Her back was facing me but before I could blink Anstacias sword pierces through my skin. I looked up and saw Ingrid smiling.
"Nooo!" I heard someone scream
But I didn't know who it was

The agony sets in and I scream, collapsing to my knees. My eyes widen paralyzed with shock.Warm tears slide down my face.
But , suddently the sword isn't there anymore. The pain dissapears too.
I can't see anything anymore.
I feel . . . empty.

A/n : It took me a month and it's not my best chapter but what do we think?
Also the next one will be the final chapter
I will post information abt the sequel after I finish this book.
