I clutched the blade in my palm forcing it towards his gut.
The bastards surrounding this place raised there weapons aiming them at me.
Analysing his men, I returned my nasty glare towards the figure ahead of me. I drag th...

....I let out a sigh of relief while packing up and made my way out of the university to go home.
I decided to walk home despite living a good hour away. I needed to clear my mind breathing in the fresh air, these panic attacks were becoming a daily thing. I just craved to neglect my current situation and all the horrible memories that I was imposed to live with.
I didn't mind going home in a tram or taxi. I just preferred walking home without having to engage with anyone.
Suddenly it began to rain, as the pitter patter of the gradually increasing rain got louder, I looked around sprinting over to the closest shelter beside me. Calling for a taxi, I waited under the bus stop hoping to not catch a cold. So many cars passed my vision as I watched the rain hit the ground audibly.'I should've brought an umbrella, idiot '.
I didn't have many friends as I was introverted, hated talking to people, I liked the company of myself only. The only person who made me feel safe was my best friend, but he mostly stayed away.
I waited for my Uber to arrive whilst standing under the glass roof, looking at the weather which brought me comfort.
My Uber arrived right as the rain began increasing. I quickly ran to the car to avoid getting soaked.
"Hello Miss" The man spoke. He was around in his mid thirties. He had black hair with white peaking through due to old age.
I slightly smiled and nodded my head as I stepped into the car before shutting the door. I hated that I couldn't talk to strangers. He looked really nice but the thought of me speaking to others terrified me.
He smiled back, then turned around, driving again. He didn't try to initiate another conversation seeing the reaction I had when I first got in. I felt really bad but I could do nothing.
It takes 20 minutes to get home so I leaned against the door trying to get cozy before texting Kai, my best friend.
Texting
Me: HELLOO Princess Kai: Hi bestie Me: stfu I'm not your bestie Princess Kai: soo mean Me: I just blanked my Uber driver Princess Kai: hahahahaha Me: I feel bad stop laughing Princess Kai: how Me: He said hello when I got into the car and I didn't reply and now he is not even talking Princess Kai: I know he hates you now Me: stop and fuck off Me: I'm not talking to you anymore Me: BYEE Princess Kai Princess Kai: Stop ——-
I decided to blank him as well, he was getting on my nerves. As I got off the phone I noticed we were only a few minutes away from my house. Was I talking to this dickhead for this long. It's probably because he takes the piss to type. Even my grandma can write faster than that. Oops. I don't even have one.
The car came to a stop in front of my house.
I was finally home. All I wanted to do was run inside and get into my bed, watch some Netflix or finish reading my book.
I stepped out of the car and beamed-tilt of my lips- at the driver before making my way inside. I paced into my bedroom feeling the warmth take over me. I felt safe here. My safest place where I could be myself and forget everything happening around me.
I changed into my green and pink checkered trousers with a matching long sleeved button up shirt. It was one of the warm pyjamas I had for the rainy days.

I got into my bed, opened my laptop and began watching my unfinished show whilst Eating my already opened packet of Doritos.
