Gencha rushes through the house. Searching every nook and cranny. But to no avail. He cannot find anything.
"So then that's it. They took the dragon ball." Gencha says to himself. Gencha picks up his mom and quickly sets her on the bed. "I'll find the Dragon Balls and wish you back to life."
On his way walking out, Gencha sees a paper.
Gencha quickly picks up the paper and stares at it, “Devil? Why does it say Devil?” Gencha discards the paper.
With that, Gencha took off outside and to the Flying Nimbus.
"Gencha? What's wrong." Launch asks, still sitting on the Nimbus
Gencha quickly hops onto the Nimbus and takes off, "My mom has been killed and our dragon ball stolen."
Launch goes wide eyed in disbelief.
"I'm going to my master Korin and search for whoever did it. Then I'm gonna track down all the Dragon Balls and wish her back to life." Gencha says
"You're going alone?" Launch asks
"Yeah." Gencha responds
Gencha flies all the way to Korin's tower and jumps in. He turns to the Flying Nimbus, "Nimbus, take Launch back to the Tournament. And Launch...tell everyone what happened to my mother."
"On it." Launch says as she takes off in the Nimbus
Gencha walks to Korin, determined.
Korin turns around, having sensed Gencha, "Ah, Gencha! I suspected you'd come. I saw you when you went to your house. I'm sorry."
"Master Korin. I need a Nimbus!" Gencha says
"A Nimbus, huh?" Korin says before walking to the edge of his tower. With a wave of his staff, he summons a Red Flying Nimbus.
Gencha looks at the Nimbus, “All this time, I was afraid to see if I could ride the Nimbus. I was afraid of knowing if I was worthy or not. But now I know I am.” Gencha quickly jumps onto the Nimbus. He reaches into his bag and pulls out a Dragon Radar, “I always figured that there may be a time I have to find all the Dragon Balls. So I had Bulma make me this Radar for emergencies. I'll track down whoever took that Dragon Ball. And make them pay!”
Korin watched on, unable to say a word.
Without a word, Gencha flew off on the Nimbus. Gencha checks the Dragon Radar and flies directly for the nearest Dragon Ball.
Whoever stole the Dragon Ball outspeeds Gencha's Nimbus.
“Grrrrr! Faster Nimbus!” Gencha yells, staring at the Dragon Radar.
Suddenly, the Dragon Radar shows that the thief has stopped.
“Finally! TIme to get-” Gencha says before immediately stopping and going wide eyed.
In the distance is an airship labeled “Pilaf”.
Gencha stares speechless before speaking up, “P-Pilaf did this?” Gencha grits his teeth and immediately picks up speed. He flies to the front of the ship and sees the front window. Gencha quickly jumps off of the Nimbus and smashes through the window with his head.
“Aaaah! It's….the Horned Boy!” Mai says
“G-Gencha!” Pilaf says
“Oh No!” Shu says
“PILAF!!! It was you! You're the one who-” Gencha says before he notices a large green man sitting in a chair, “Wh-Who's that?”
“Who is this child?” The large green man asks
