Gencha carefully gets up. He brings up his hand to look at it. He clenches it into a fist as tears fall down his eyes, “Mom, you've….been avenged!”
Goku sits up and chuckles, “Gosh, I could sure go for some food right now. Eheheheh.”
Gencha looks at Goku, in shock at his attitude. He smiles and chuckles, “Yeah, so could I.”
Suddenly, Yamcha and the others arrive.
“GOKU!!! GENCHA!!!!” Yamcha yells as he runs to the two boys.
Gencha gets up, “Flying….Nimbus.”
Gencha's flying Nimbus quickly rushes in front of Gencha. Gencha quickly hops on.
“H-Huh?! Hey, where are you going?” Yamcha asks in confusion
Gencha Stands up tall on the Nimbus and turns to Yamcha, “There's someone I need to see.”
Goku turns to Gencha, “Master Korin?”
Gencha shakes his head, “No. Someone else.” Gencha says as he flies directly for Kami's lookout.
Arriving on Kami's lookout, Gencha looks around for the signs of Kami.
Mr Popo is watering the plants
“Hey...where's Kami?” Gencha asks
“Right here.” Kami says, walking out into the light
Gencha smirks smugly, “Hey, I was able to defeat King Piccolo. How do you feel now?”
Kami remains indifferent, “You were nearly killed. If Goku hadn't shown up, you would be dead.”
“Well either way, I still beat hi-” Gencha says before being cut off by falling through the Flying Nimbus, “Huh? What the-?”
Kami scowls at Gencha
Gencha attempts to get back on, but is unable to, “What's going on? Why can't I get on my Nimbus?”
“The Flying Nimbus will only let someone who's pure of heart ride it.” Kami says
Gencha looks at Kami in confusion.
“That should explain it for you.” Kami says
Gencha goes wide eyed, “What?! No, wait...does that mean…?”
“You've lost your pure heart. Your pride has gotten the better of you.” Kami says, turning around
Gencha looks down at his hands in disgust.
“I elected to train you long before you visited my lookout. I've watched you for some time, Gencha.” Kami says
Gencha looks at Kami curiously.
“However. As your first course of training, you are to regain your pure heart.” Kami says, turning around and looking back at Gencha
“H-How do I do that?” Gencha asks
Kami closes his eyes, “That….you have to discover for yourself.”
Gencha looks down at the ground
“Can I go with Gencha?” Pillu asks, coming out of a flower
Kami chuckles, “Gencha. Take Pillu with you.”
Gencha smiles
“Gencha!” Pillu says in excitement as she flies onto Gencha's head.
Gencha chuckles, “Eheheh, hey Pillu.” Gencha says, patting her on the head with his finger.
