When the two finnaly reached Teca, it was late afternoon, a warm breeze and the taste of spices filled the area. It was a very crouded area as they entered and it seemef no one paid them mind as they looked around. They stumbled past a market where (Y/n) sold off the deer skin and antlers from earlier until they finally found a public library. It was rather small and had only one floor.

The walls were lined with book shelfs and three smaller shelfs near the back stood. In the front were two lage tables lined with chairs that were all wood. In the back was a small office were you'd borrow the books and librarian worked. Picking a table they searched through the books to find more information. (Y/n) started reading a book about the sun, a leather brown cover with a moon and sun on the front with the dippers on the sides. Zatz pick up a book about him and Maya, a orange book cover with a two headed snake on the cover. The silence only broke every once in a while of updates or chatter between you two. It was often just nonsense or disappointed reasurment that neither found anything.

"Why must they confuse my intentions? It says here that I only joined Maya because I loved her" he asked.

"Is it not?" You askes.

"No it is only half. It was a serious threat to everyone's life" he spoke.

"Not just your love life?" You joked, gaining a small smile from him.

"No, not just my love life" he replied with a smile.

By the time the two had cleared the library, which didn't contain much on the topics you looked through, you both were disappointed to find nothing on it but the old prophecy and the future ones.

"Well what now?" You asked Zatz.

"We could look for another library?" He offered.

"I think the only other library is the loyal one in the pyramid" you though and looked at him, "but there's no way we're getting in there."

"Perhaps a good rest will help us think of something or we could look through this library again tomorrow. It must be late by now and sleep could be helpful for us" he suggested.

"It might be best" you agreed.

When they both left the library the moon had risen into the sky and stars littered the sky. However, there was hardly any indication of the night as people were out and enjoying themselves. They made many lights and seemed to be celebrating a festival. Music and dance was spotted from the square, orange lanterns and petals covered the area, things only getting louder. Curiosity got the best of (Y/n) as you lead Zatzs to the square. Once in sight you could full see what was happening.

There in the square as many food stands lining two of the square walls parallel to each other. In the middle was all kinds of performers. Some dancing, some fighting, and the rare witch or wizard showing illusions to the world. At the base of the pyramid sat two figures, one a man with dark brown hair, he wore an eagle based outfit with some padding added into it.  He was quite young, around his midde teens. A sword at his waist as he sat next to the other in a throne like chair. Next to him was a girl with chestnut brown hair cut into a pixie cut. She wore an eagle helm with brown armor on. She had brown eyes with red and white face paint paired with an earing on one side.

"Maya?" Zatz's questioned which finally clicked in your mind who she was.

Before anything could be said Zatz grabbed you by the wrist and began dragging you through the croud. You both dodged dancers, blades, and passerbys. Zatz's features light up, a brod smile acrossed his face, his eye wider then normal, and his eyebrows slightly raised. Both of you began to be seen by the two, bith confused slightly as they tried to make out who exactly was approach them. Guards stood in from of the two as they too spotted your arrival.

"Maya!" Zatz called out to her, causing her to slowly rise and squinter her eyes at him before bursting into a smile.

"Zatz?" She asked, pushing past the guards as the guy stood as well.

The two met in the middle now, Zatz released your wrist as he approached Maya. The two were hesitant, slowly taking in each others features, as if soaking in every detail. Their happiness seem to light up the area more as most turned to pay attention to the two. Maya was the first to move, hugging Zatzs closely with glee.

"I missed you" Zatz chuckled to her as he too held her in the embrace.

"I missdd you too!" She smiled as she pulled away from him.

The two stood there for a second, holding each others arms as they looked at eachother. The cround around reacted with glee and cheered for the two. You stood watching, feeling awkward as if the reunion should have been private but the two didn't seem to care. Then Zatz blinked off the joyfull shock away as he released her arms and led her to you.

"Princess Maya, this is (Y/n). They have been my guide and travel companion. As well as a sparing round or two" he introduced.

"It's a pleasure to meet you princess Maya, I have heard many of tales of you" you greeted all attention now turning to you, making you nerves.

"It's a pleasure to meet you as well (Y/n). Thank you for bringing Zatz to Teca" she thanked you.

"It was really no trouble, smooth travels here" you reassured and were about to carry on with the conversation but was cut off.

"That's them!" Cryed a women from the within the group.

The city storytell emerged, pointing a finger at you three. She was dressed in a tan dress with blue and orange ascents around the edges. It was clear she held respect as the people let her through without questions and followed her hand in expectation and confused.

"Excuse me?" Maya asked her, unsure of who exactly the storyteller was pointing at.

"Them, one with the muliticolored eyes! They must be the person of the prophecy, one who will bring forth the new gods and future Teca ruler!" She declared, gaining a gasp from the other's but Maya and Zatz who were also confused.

"Hold on, what are you say?" You asked.

"You will pick people of your choosing and make them into gods to guide our world! You will be betrothed to the king and become the ruler of Teca" she continued.

"I think you have the wrong person" you spoke nervously, backing up.

"I couldn't be more correct. You guided Prince Zatz to Maya and so they must guide you! You shall follow your prophecy!" She spoke with such joy that it made the situation all that more overwhelming.

You looked to the people around you who stared with hopeful eyes. They all stood silently waiting for your answer. You looked at the Teca King who looked shocked, a man you had not met before all suddenly deemed your husband. Then your eyes fell to Maya and Zatz, Maya seemed suprised but also in excitment as her eyes gleamed at adventure. Zatz was more concerned then her, looking between the storyteller to you and once or twice towards the king. A whole city staring you down and a women pointing at you was enough to make you uncomfortable. Without Zatz or Maya coming to support you in your clear discomfort you had enough.

"Yeah, I don't think so" you muttered out before quickly moving out from the attention of the others.

"But you can't!" The women cried.

"Wait!" Zatz also spoke as he took a few steps forward but was stopped by Maya who whispered something in his ear.

You didn't looke back as you made your way out of the city. Quickly walking tell you were running into the woods. You hadn't expected that kind of situation, as per usual, something went wrong. You found a clearing into the woods before setting up a small rushed camp.

"I am not letting someone tell me what I must do"
